A beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath, plus office/den, 2 story villa which comfortably accommodates and sleeps 6. All of the bedrooms have individual balconies overlooking either the waterfront, patio and pool area, or the lush garden atrium. Fully equipped kitchen including dishes and utensils, along with high-end stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, gas cooking range and separate ice maker for entertaining. Newly furnished throughout, including all linens, flat screen TVs, free Wi-Fi internet and cable TV. Gas fired outdoor grille with new patio furniture for outdoor barbecuing. Two (2) car attached garage with secured entry.
We are originally from Ohio and have lived in Phoenix, as well as Southern and Northern California, but have always loved the Naples area. We have been property owners in Naples since 1979, but wanted to be on the water and closer to downtown Naples, so we recently purchased this lovely Villa.

The Villa has its own private boat dock that leads to the Gulf of Mexico with no bridges. We have a large family and this property is great for boating, jet skiing, kayaking or just relaxing in the sun.
Plenty of room, each bedroom has a balcony for relaxing and enjoying the view. Also, the villa has its own private patio with a heated pool and spa.
Awesome Place!!! Relaxing and very Private!!! We recently had the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful waterfront villa in the heart of Naples, Florida. The villa is beautifully decorated inside and out, extremely private, on the water, and yet still close to “Old” Naples and the iconic 5th Avenue downtown shopping district. The beaches, the pier, and numerous restaurants are all within a few minutes. We enjoyed morning coffee on the dock watching the sun rise, and occasionally even through a line in the water to test our luck at fishing. We found ourselves jumping into the pool to cool off every day, and enjoying the heated spa in the evening after walking downtown or coming back from dinner. The kitchen is top notch with the latest stainless steel appliances (gas range), and the villa is loaded with all of the amenities such as dishes, silverware, coffee maker, linens, towels, flotation rafts, kayaks, private garage, outdoor gas grille, bicycles, 3 TVs, HBO, Netflix, etc. Everything is included!!! You can even dock your boat! All you have to do is pack your clothing and toothbrush. There is even an office upstairs overlooking the water equipped with Wi-Fi and a printer. Just so lovely and relaxing. The villa is very secure with a locked gated entry and even has a private second master cabana suite with its own kitchen and bath to entertain overnight guests. The owners were great to work with and very attentive to our needs. We definitely plan to return and will never stay in a hotel again when visiting Naple
This is a lovely, comfortable villa, recently renovated with all new furnishings and decor. We spent hours sitting on the outdoor patio by the canal, enjoying the sunshine and the peaceful view, or cooling off in the pool. The property is only minutes from downtown Naples and the neighborhood provides many opportunities for walking or bike riding. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive to all our questions, and could not have been easier or more pleasant to deal with. We recommend it highly.
