About this property

Sink your toes in the sand at our peaceful retreat located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach. Our quaint 4 unit building is a perfect sanctuary for rest and relaxation. Walk just 30 feet from the unit and your feet will be in the sand or enjoy views from our large beachfront deck.
Our unit is located on the second floor with waterfront views from the kitchen as well as the main living area. Enjoy your morning coffee from our private balcony.
All you need for your next vacation is a swimsuit and sunscreen! (Rental week is from Saturday after 4:00 pm until the following Saturday 10:00 am.). Due to location and space this condo only has one parking spot per renter. Visitors need to park off site.

Amazing place to stay

We all enjoyed ourselves completely. Extremely relaxing. Beach was just feet away and all the necessities were at the house, like cooler, chairs ,beach towels and umbrella. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect location!

This is a well-furnished and updated condo right on the shore. Our beachfront was never crowded and we enjoyed walking literally everywhere. We never moved our vehicle for 7 days! The condo is spacious and Rita has thoughtfully provided everything that is needed for a comfortable stay.

Location, Location, Location

Rita is a 5 star host for sure! She greeted us upon arrival, gave us a tour of the property, answered questions and then let us enjoy The Nest!!! She also checked in on us, via text, early in the week, as well. The place was wonderful, to say the least!!! Everything that we needed was there, from dishes to beach towels. The view can not be beat!! The beach was steps away, as was local restuarants and shops! My husband and I loved it there!!!
