Amazing holiday in a beautiful location

We were greeted by the owner Juan who was very hospitable and heart warming. The villa was in a perfect location. The setting is private and relaxing with no noises from anywhere. The quite surrounding enabled us to have an amazing family holiday. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. The outside space and comfortable garden furniture enabled us to spend most of the holiday outside. The bbq area and pool were a really key part of our enjoyment. On this holiday 4 adults stayed at the villa and we had lots of living space to relax. 2 bathrooms and a washing machine were a real bonus. I have visited Mallorca for many years but have never stayed in inca before. Inca is a really good location. Every Thursday is a market . But the villa is a short walk from eroski or a 5 minute drive to aldi, lidl or mercado. The market in inca is great for fresh fruit and vegetables. Also if you hire a car inca is a good central location to the rest of the island. I would highly recommend this villa to stay in and I look forward to future visits.

A Gem in Inca

Had a lovely warm welcome from Juan, who showed us around..The Finca was clean and tidy and we did not have to shop for cleaning products as they were all supplied which is a nice bonus. Totally private, secluded and VERY secure. Pool was always cleaned weekly ( we were there 4 weeks)..Finca is in a perfect location... 20 mins from Palma and 20 mins to Alcudia and not far from anywhere.. Local shops and town within walking distance.(though we were lazy and drove :) ) I would recommend this little gem... Thank You Juan

Fantastic house in the center of Mallorca

The house is newly renovated and completely private. The pool is fantastic and our kids loved to spend hours in it. It´s a bit difficult to find the house..so bring a map or a GPS. The owner Juan was very helpfull and gave us a warm welcome. The house is ind the middle of Mallorca and there is a 20 minute drive to Palma or the beaches at Alcudia. There are very few tourists in Inca. Try the marked every thursday, eat in one of Incas old cellars, take a beautifull drive to Lluc in the mountains or go shopping in Palma. We had a fantastic holiday in this house!

Wir (4 Erwachsene) waren 11 Tage auf dieser tollen Finca. Ein super Ort um erholsame Tage zu verbringen . Ein sehr sauberer grosser Pool, Klimaanlage und saubere Ausstattung des Hauses . Juan ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

Entspannung pur

Unseren Urlaub haben wir als Familie + unserer Lotte (Golden Retriever) auf Juans Anwesen sehr genossen. Sehr geräumiges und typisch spanisches Haus. Weitläufiges privates Gelände, was für unsere Lotte perfekt war und toller Pool. Die Lage ist, abgesehen von Veranstaltungen des nahegelegenen Sportplatzes, ruhig.
