For Those Who Love Old Neighborhoods And Tradition.
Built by stone in the early 1900's in the first settlement of Leros Island. Its name "sokaki" means narrow road, inspired by the location. Many small alleys and steps compose a maze leading to the castle or the center-port of Agia Marina. Totally renovated with a lot of personal work and love. Decorated with recycled and handmade furniture and art. A very cozy studio with loft in a very quiet, picturesque old neighborhood, only 5 minutes (by foot) from Platanos the center of Leros.

Why they chose this property
Me and my brother grew up in this neighborhood. It was full of every kind small shops and crowded by children playing along the alleys. After many years, because of the memories and love for this place, we decided to renovate our grandfather's property. With a lot of personal work we made it!
What makes this property unique
Small, warm and cozy, full of positive energy and sensitivity. Very well equipped. Only 5 minutes (by foot) from the port of Agia Marina, the heart of the capital with its shops, cafeterias, restaurants, night clubs and cultural centres.
