We are about 15 minutes from Vanderbilt and 25 minutes from downtown Nashville. Off I40. New modern townhouse in the Bellevue is convenient to Warner Parks, Checkwood Estate and Gardens, and Belle Meade Plantation.

The space

This 1,700 sq ft townhouse has everything you need- three huge bedrooms, a full kitchen, washer/dryer, high-speed WIFI, alarm system, and cable(URL HIDDEN).

Each bedroom has a private bathroom: one on the main level and two upstairs, plus a futon perfect for a child or adult.

Cable is provided in the main living area only. Please bring your Firesticks or let me know if you want to borrow some.

60th Birthday Celebration

We absolutely loved this townhouse! Such a great location and only about 20 minutes to downtown. Very spacious with all the amenities you need to make you feel right at home! Diane was a great host and quick to respond to questions. We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back and staying here again!

Wonderful stay.

The house was as the pictures show. I'm a clean feak and this home was spotless. Would certainly stay there again. Kitchen had anything you would need. Host (Diane) was great.

Updated and spacious!

The townhome looks just like the photos, and it’s very spacious and clean. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The vanities are not big in the bathrooms so had to be a little creative with all our toiletry stuff. Property manager responded immediately w/questions we had. The location was convenient, extremely close to grocery stores, fast food etc. It is located on a busy street so we had some traffic noice while trying to sleep otherwise great stay. Thank you!

Beautiful property with great amenities. Most attractions are a reasonable drive away (20-25). Communication with host was prompt and helpful.

Great place

Great location about 30 min outside downtown Nashville. Spacious bedrooms each with it's own bathroom. Very clear about quite times and not having groups so as not to disturb neighbors so be mindful when booking. We spoke to the neighbor and they couldn't have been kinder.
