This modern, comfortable, centrally-heated property is in a listed building with 3 double bedrooms. Three double bedrooms with separated area off the second sitting room containing twin single beds. Storage/wardrobes, plus kitchen, bathroom (including toilet, power-shower over bath), a separate walk-in shower room, large sitting room. The property is one of Pimlico’s original grade two listed period cottage houses Making an ideal 'home from home' - 155m² spread over 3 floors, with all rooms being originally furnished to the high standard including a fully fitted kitchen, second sitting/dining room with a third seating area. There is a first floor bath and shower room and a second lower ground floor shower/toilet room with a third toilet located within a separate utility room.

The property has wireless internet access; the sitting room has 1 sofa and double easy chair, plus another comfortable chair, a flats screen LED TV. The fully fitted kitchen includes an ovens (with grill, plus a microwave oven), fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, glassware, crockery and cooking utensils… with great restaurants on your doorstep you may not wish to use it that often! We keep it stocked with basics for use by renters (we just ask that you replace what you use). Washing machine and clothes dry wrack, iron, ironing board, hoover, radios and hair driers provided.

As well as Pimlico being in a highly central location (zone 1) ideal for exploring historic London, it is mainly residential, and has many good restaurants, shops and facilities, including a daily street market, all within a short walking distance from the property. 'Santander bikes' are available to rent just 2 minutes away. From Pimlico underground station it is just 3 stops to Oxford Street for great shopping too.

Being close to Victoria station (a 5 minute walk) there are good bus routes close by, including to Knightsbridge, South Kensington (shopping, museums and galleries) and Hyde Park. And just a short walk towards the River Thames, are buses to Parliament Square, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden (tourist sites, galleries and shopping). Victoria station has direct links to Gatwick Airport (mainline) and to Kings Cross St Pancras for the Eurostar to France/Belgium, (underground). There is a bus service from Victoria offering regular services to Stonehenge, Bath, Oxford, Cambridge and other destinations.

This was a perfect place for our vacation stay.

The house had not long ago been renovated to a very high standard and the furniture was of an equally high standard. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The location was unbelievable, being in the centre of London in a very, very quiet street which gave us the ultimate peaceful sleep after a full day out seeing London. The check in was seamless and the owner was easily contactable. The location was perfectly placed for restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, shops and all kinds of local public transport services. Thank you for making our stay so pleasurable.

The house has been renovated to now include shower and family bathroom plus an extra toilet room in an adjoining utility room; the kitchen has been enlarged to include a dining area. There is a central heating system, and we hold Strict SHOES OFF POLICY.

The apartment is in a quiet street in a lively part of Central London , near a trendy Gelato shop and just a few yards from a famous London cheese emporium along with three major supermarkets within an easy walk. One of these supermarkets is the largest Sainsbury's supermarkets in central London, as well as Tachbrook Street farmers market is also just 1 minute away. Within 200 metres or so, there are 4 lovely traditional English pubs to enjoy an evening drink or a bite to eat and free Tuesday Comedy night in The Constitutional just 50 yards away. There are also numerous good quality restaurants (Italian, French, English, Turkish, Chinese, Brazilian, Cypriot, Thai, Indian, Mexican) and breakfast/ lunch deli shops close by, for all budgets and tastes.

or transport you are within 5-minute walk to Victoria, one of the city’s biggest and best connected tube, train, bus and coach stations. From here you can hop one stop on the District or Circle lines to Sloane Square for Chelsea’s boutique shops and trendy bars (the King’s Road runs right off Sloane Square), or two stops to South Kensington for the Museums. The number 24 bus passes the property taking you to Parliament Square, 10 Downing Street, Trafalga Square, Leicester Square and the huge shopping option of Oxford Street
