We truly enjoyed our stay at Matt and Mandy’s property. The location was perfect for us. Shopping center was within walking distance and many walking trails were easily accessed right from the apartment. There was a very large new gym and several other shopping options just a few miles from the apartment. Getting to Old Town was also quick with a drive under 15 minutes for all kinds of choices for dinner. Our favorite activities while staying at Matt and Mandy’s was hiking on all the trails in Horsetooth and the other beautiful Open Spaces like Devils Backbone and Coyote Ridge. Many trails were within a short drive and we appreciated the trail map left for us. We were also very pleased with how quiet the location was with friendly neighbors. We found the apartment very clean when we arrived and had plenty of space. Matt and Mandy were extremely kind, quick to respond to any questions and easy to communicate with. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

We rented this townhouse for 7 months. It was the perfect place! The upstairs had 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and the laundry. It was convenient and made it possible for us to comfortably have guests. Plenty of towels!!
The main floor had a sitting area, half bath, dining area and a great kitchen with a super pantry.
The lower floor (my husband’s den!) was a perfect place for watching TV or playing cards.

To others reading this and wondering why we only have 1 star for this review please keep reading. When we received the review Connie was so focused on typing such a nice review that she did not notice the star rating system and it got left at the default setting. She called to try to change the review and she was told that the only options are to delete the review and never be able to leave us another one or leave it the way it is. She kindly offered us the choice and we decided that the review was so nice that others reading would understand.

Great place to stay
We stayed here for 2 months while enjoying all things Fort Collins. Very clean and well supplied. The owners were responsive and helpful. This location is great for visiting Old Town(4 miles away) or getting on I-25 to explore other areas of northern Colorado. We took advantage of the nice bikes to explore neighborhoods and local parks. The location is walking distance to a major grocery chain and some local restaurants/coffee shops/liquor store. The only addition that would be great is to have more comfortable chairs on the porch to enjoy the nice weather.
This Town Home is totally prepared for visitors. It's located 4.5 miles east of the CSU campus. In this development area, you will find yourself within walking distance of a 24hr. major grocery store, a small shopping complex, and bike trails starting right at the end of the sidewalk.
