About this property

B203 is a two bedroom standard floor plan that will accommodate up to six guests with a spacious 1050 sq. feet, fully furnished.

The living room has a flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player & stereo, sofa has a pull out Queen size sleeper, and sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony.

The dining area includes a table that seats four, along with the bar area that seats two and the kitchen is fully equipped.

The Master bedroom has a King size bed, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a flat screen TV/cable with a DVD player, & sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony. The guest bedroom has two Twin size beds, a flat screen TV/cable, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is a washer/dryer, carpet flooring in both bedrooms and tile floors in the remainder of the condo.

The balcony includes one large table, one small table and four chairs. View-faces the water but the building does sit further back behind the pool/clubhouse as shown in the pictures, you can still see the water and the beautiful sunsets.

Great access to beach

The unit , 2 bedroom , was adequate! The second bedroom which was smaller needed better airflow to keep it cooler. There was a floor fan in the closet which helped. The view and access to the pool and beach was so easy and relaxing. I would stay there again !

Grateful Yet Disappointed

First, we were grateful that a place was available to relocate to under short notice. However, having stayed in several Dunes of Panama condos over the last 23 years, this condo was the dirtiest condo we ever stayed in. The shower curtains were dirty and old. The shower curtain rods were rusty. There was hair and dirt on the door of the master bathroom. There was difficulty closing the second bathroom door because the wood was splitting from the door as you closed it. The dishwasher didn't thoroughly clean the dishes. There was a cigarette butt on the balcony and the condo was dusty. It didn't appear to have been cleaned right before our arrival. After it was determined that there were no bedbugs, we requested new comforters for the beds. We were called into question for making that request. For the amount of money shelled out for this condo, we expected a cleaner facility given the positive history we've had with the Dunes of Panama. Maybe the quality was lower because it was a VRBO. But we were disappointed. The security gate has been upgraded and the amenities (tennis, basketball court, pool) are great. But what's the deal with all the feral cats on the property?
