The property is set within the gated community of Sotogrande in Costa del Sol, Spain. Our luxury villa is close to the Valderrama and La Reserva golf courses, the tennis clubs, riding centre and Sotogrande Port and many superb restaurants for eating out.

The property features air-conditioning, under floor heating, designer kitchen, a private swimming pool and includes satellite TV, 3 flat screen and one conventional TV, computer, WIFI Internet access, PlayStation 3, pool / snooker table, hi-fi with iPod & iPad dock and DVD player.

PLEASE NOTE: Special rental rates available for January, February and March 2013 for bookings of 2 weeks and longer.

Sport & Leisure: Sotogrande has a wealth of sport and leisure facilities at hand; golf, tennis, equestrian, sailing and fishing.

Sailing and Fishing

Boats can be chartered and fishing trips arranged at the marinas at Sotogrande and Duquesa.

It is fully equipped with double oven, grill, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle and features granite work tops. Utility room: The utility room includes a washing machine, tumble drier, sink and granite work tops, clothes rails and secluded drying area outside. Lounge/Dining room: Large lounge with French windows leading to patio includes leather sofas and tables, flat screen TV, Hi Fi with iPod dock and DVD player. Dining room features large dining table with seating for 8. Playroom: Playroom includes flat screen TV, PlayStation 3, computer with Internet access, pool / snooker table, multi-gym, tread mill and weights. Cleaning: Towels and linen are included along with a maid clean service 1 day per week. More frequent cleaning can be arranged. Pool cleaning and garden maintenance is weekly.

Wonderful stay in Sotogrande

A beautifully appointed villa with good sized pool and picturesque private gardens. We enjoyed visiting the many restaurants situated not far from the villa and travelled to the busy port in Sotogrande to enjoy the Spanish nightlife and when we wanted to take it easy, we were out on the terrace, relaxing on the outdoor sofas and fired up the well-equipped barbeque, dining al fresco.

The villa was everything we’d hoped for and much, much more, looking forward visiting again next year.

A peaceful sanctuary. Lovely villa, great location

My husband, daughter and I spent a week at the Tres Palmeras in April this year. It is located in a quiet estate within 5 minutes drive from supermarkets, the marina, beach clubs and various lovely eateries. The villa was tastefully decorated and very well appointed. We spent a couple of nights eating in rather than going out, cooking on the gas barbecue and sitting out in the garden, it was just lovely, so peaceful. The layout of the villa was ideal, our daughter spent every waking hour in the pool and we could keep our eye on her from the kitchen and patio areas.

Marbella and several other shopping malls were within 20 minutes drive which is great if you are looking for a day out of the sun.

We will certainly book the villa again, it was a peaceful sanctuary and we all felt we could have stayed for another week.

Fantastic modern villa, great location

Everything exactly as described or better. Really impressive place, super modern architecture and amenities. Spotless clean and secure. Owner more than helpful with everything.

Location is superb for Sotogrande marina, local restaurants, Gibraltar and Marbella. Also great place for running and activities.

Would definitely recommend and return in the future.
