Good place to stay in Cape Town

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in the ICON building, if there was a downside it’s the same for all tall buildings - the lifts, always where you don’t want them to be but that aside I would definitely stay here agsin and hope to again next year. I would also recommend it my friends

Spitzenapartment in toller Lage und einem hervorragendem Gastgeber

Wir können nur gutes über die Unterkunft berichten. Alles wurde so vorgefunden wie es in der Beschreibung ausgeführt wurde. Das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt, komplett ausgestattet und ist in einer absolut hervorragenden Lage. Zur V&A Waterfront ist es ein nur kurzer Fußweg (10 min.) und auch die Longstreet beginnt direkt vor der Haustür. Auch wenn wir uns in Kapstadt zu keiner Zeit auch nur annähernd einer bedrohlichen Situation ausgesetzt gesehen haben, beruhigt es doch, das der ICON-Tower rund um die Uhr an allen Eingängen durch Security abgesichert ist. Das gilt auch für den zugehörigen PKW-Stellplatz in der gut ausgeleuchteten Tiefgarage. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung im 17. Stock ist absolut atemberaubend. Colin ist wirklich ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Er hat uns bei der Ankunft sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt und uns bei einer kleinen Stadtrundfahrt mit vielen wertvollen Informationen versorgt. Wir werden gerne nach Kapstadt wiederkommen und hoffen dann in diesem schönen Apartment wieder wohnen zu können.

Great property in a top spot

Capetown is a vibrant and colourful place to be, and you would find this apartment well suited as a base to explore the many sites from. Well appointed and secure. We found Colin to be extremely welcoming and put himself out for us in many ways. We love it! J and J from Australia
