Fully Self Contained Studio With Stunning Views Of The Swimming Pool and Sea

Our Luxury Studio apartment is located on the 5th floor (of 6),

and is accessible by lift, we are part of the Novotel Parc Montfleury, we are co-owners with the Novotel Hotel, and that

means our guests can use the facilities of the hotel, which include, swimming pool FREE, during july and august the sunbeds around the pool are for hotel guests only. During this period our guests have there own private garden space next to the pool and we offer mattresses and towels for is the is the hotel wellness centre (chargable) restaurant and bar as per tarrif.

There is secure underground parking which is FREE OF CHARGE.

The apartment includes, Flat screen smart TV,Full WiFi FREE

DVD player, Full Air Conditioning (hot&cold),

Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and shower, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and board.

All linens included for 1 week, additional week/weeks at no extra charge for the linens and towels changeover.

Welcome pack includes, tea, coffee, milk, water, shampoo`s, conditioners, soap and toiletries.

About Peter or Eileen

We are Peter and Eileen Field, originally from the UK. We have lived in France for 16years, with the last 7years in Cannes.

We are not a company, we own this one holiday rental apartment as advertised, this is why we give so much more personal attention to all of our guests.

Why Peter or Eileen chose Cannes

When we were looking for a holiday home in France,

we searched everywhere along the Cote D`azur, and found that Cannes had so much more to offer, so much going on all the year round, like the Film Festival, Boat Show, Sailing Regatta, weekend antiques markets, Casino`s, fab restaurants and pavement bars etc etc. A very Buzzy place indeed.

And that is why we chose Cannes rather than the other coastal towns.

And not to forget the advantage of having and using the facilities

of the Novotel Hotel next to the apartment, a great bonus!!

What makes this apartment unique

We chose our apartment mainly because of the views from the terrace,just sitting there as evening falls having a nice glass of

Provence Rose with a few snacks, admiring the view`s etc, its all so cosy just like the interior of the apartment. Mmmmmmm!!

Parc Montfleury Californie is located in a residential area of Cannes, very quiet, but very close to the main shopping of The Croisette (1KM) and private and public beaches, all within walking distance from the apartment. There are many types of good restaurants that vary in cuisine and price.

Close by there is the Beautiful Old Port and Old Fort of Cannes, there are the people ferries to the Islands (approx 15 mins). and ferries to St Tropez and Monte Carlo.

Excellent bus and train services (buses are fixed at 1.5euros) Trains go to Italy, great for market day.

The alps are about 1.5hours drive. Just 30 minutes drive to the Var and its beautiful boating lakes and forests.

Many other attractions are available from the apartment.

There is a FREE shuttle service from the Novotel Hotel next to the apartment, this is subject first to hotel guests, but

normally there is always space on the bus, the bus runs on the hour to Cannes Centre.There is also a local bus number 7 that runs outside the apartment direct to the Centre every half-hour,

at 1.5euros per person. Or there is a taxi rank out side the hotel

next to the apartment, should cost about 10/12 euros to the Town Hall.

Golf: Close by there are Excellent Golf Courses.

Ski: Approximately 1.5hours driving to the nearest ski resorts, fantastic drive and scenic routes.

Our apartment is the ideal place for a holiday. It is located in a quiet but green area of Cannes, and not so far away from the beaches and city centre, we call our apartment Californie Studio, why ? because it is located at the foot of Californie Hill`s And, with all the amenities of the Novotel and the new Sporting Complex of tennis courts and swimming pools, all just outside the door of the apartment, makes this a little gem.

Peter and Eileen are perfect hosts. They did our airport transfers and it was seamless; Eileen was there to meet us and Peter then brought the car to the airport entrance. They even stopped at the supermarket on the way for us to pick up a few extra items as it shut early on a Sunday ( although they had already provided us with milk and water in the apartment). Eileen was very helpful in showing us the apartment and hotel facilities and explaining the best routes to walk to the centre or the supermarket.

The apartment is very well equipped and the sofa beds very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and well maintained. We sunbathed in the beautiful gardens by the pool and it was really very tranquil.

We took the train to Nice for a day and it was only about a 15/20 minute walk to the station. Nice was lovely and well worth a trip. We were lucky enough to be in Cannes for the UK entrant in the annual firework displays and treated ourselves to a trip in a catamaran to watch - absolutely brilliant!

Having never been to the south of France before I have to say it was brilliant and the apartment certainly made our stay easy; lovely to return to in the middle of the day when sunbathing became too hot! It is only a short walk to the beach and walking along the Croisette in the evening watching the super cars drive by or walking around the port looking at all the yachts was great fun.

Thank you Peter and Eileen for a perfect holiday. If we come back to Cannes we will be sure to book again.

Truly Homeaway from home

Eileen and Peter are a wonderful British couple manging a lovely studio in Cannes. The apartment is well equipped and only 15 mins walk to Cannes beach and shops. Very clean. We drove from Zurich with our bikes. The apartment offers free parking and storage capability for bikes in an underground garage. The pool is brilliant. Only concern was WiFi reception. But this is minor compared to all the strong points. Amazing value for money in Cannes. Eileen is a lovely host. We will go back.

Beautiful location ,excellent studio.

This was my daughter's second visit to Peter and Eileen's lovely studio flat and my first. It is in an excellent location with an easy walk down to the large Casino supermarket. The added attraction is the use of the Novotel pool. The flat has everything you need and all is spotlessly clean and in good order. It is lovely to eat lunch from the balcony overlooking beautiful,well kept lush gardens and see the sea in the distance. Peter and Eileen were very helpful and made sure we had supplies when we arrived. E-mails and texts were always answered promptly.

If you are lucky enough to be there when the firework displays are on in July and August,the balcony will give an excellent viewing point.

It is only a ten minute walk to the centre of Cannes where you will find the Gambetta market and many other attractions.A little further and you reach the Forville market which is a sight for sore eyes with amazing fresh produce,fish and flowers.

We had an excellent time and recommend the flat most highly.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment just outside the centre of Cannes. It is cosy, clean and has a great little balcony, perfect for breakfast with a view of the sea. The Cannes area and beaches are great and you also have use of the hotel facilities.

Location Location Location PERFECT place to stay

The apartment is perfect. We are just home after a weeks vacation in Cannes staying in this lovely apartment. I was with my husband and 12 year old son. Everything is as described on the website only better. Beautiful views, safe secure parking, quiet but very convenient location, lovely pool, air con, sky TV and very comfy beds.

The apartment is about 10 minutes walk from the Croisette where you can check out the designer shops and ogle at the super cars; take a stroll to the harbour and see how the other half live with their magnificent super yachts.

The Casino supermarket is also very handy and has everything you could possibly want from live fresh lobster to baguettes and gorgeous pastries.

We went to Monte Carlo for the day and drove round the Formula One circuit as well as watching the Hoi Paloy and the super car traffic jams outside the Hotel de Paris and Monte Carlo Casino - truly brilliant. The drive to Monaco along the coast takes a bit longer than taking the motor way but the views are spectacular.

We also went to Nice for a day. It is a huge city with never ending long streets of shops. The old town is really nice too with lots of places to eat. The beaches at Nice are beautiful, in fact all the beaches along the coast are fantastic, the sea is warm and such a beautiful colour of clear blue. We spent a couple of days on the beach at Cannes where you can park on the road just by the beach. There are small very clean café kiosks situated at intervals along the beaches where you can buy hot or cold drinks, snacks and even chicken nuggets and chips- everything is so easy and convenient.

I would highly recommend Eileen and Peters' apartment. It is the perfect place to stay and a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

Eileen is a lovely friendly person. She met us when we arrived at the reception in the Novatel and showed us to the apartment. She explained how everything worked and where everything is kept.

We hope to return to Cannes and will definitely stay at Eileen & Peter's apartment - hopefully next time we will meat Peter too.

What a find! - a superb apartment

Found the apartment to be spotlessly clean, very well equipped, every need catered for - air conditioning, comfy bed and a stunning view from the balcony. Lovely location next to a newly opened park and within easy walking distance from Cannes centre. Large supermarket nearby also. Free secure parking a bonus. Peter and Eileen made our two week stay wonderful and without doubt we will be looking to return to this apartment.
