The Phoebe (Green) is the most private of the NettieBay Cottages with a beautiful view of NettieBay, about a 1/4 mile along the bay, where you can only see the docks from the other cottages. There are not direct neighbors on either side of this cottage. Enjoy this newly renovated (2017) cottage with a comfortable kitchen, bath and living area. The screened in porch makes for a pleasant evening. The Phoebe is a comfortable family getaway. While staying at the Phoebe, you will find a picnic table, a 14' boat and your own private dock; so, feel free to bring your canoes, kayaks or jet skis to pop in the water. In addition, there are a couple of adiorrondak chairs to relax in as your roast your marshmallows over your private fire-pit.
NettieBay is a great place to bring the family to enjoy your vacation. The outdoor fire pit, shared by all guests, is just the right spot for evening songs and storytelling. Lake Nettie is known as a wonderful fishing lake. Species of fish include: pan fish (blue gill, sun fish, rock bass, black crappie), small mouth bass, large mouth bass, northern pike, perch and the occasional walleye. If fly fishing is your passion, enjoy one of the many nearby streams of fish or the secluded 23 acre bullhead lake full of large mouth bass/large sun fish. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, canoeing, boating on the bay. Also, you can take a nature hike through 2000 private acres and enjoy wildlife viewing. All available to you while staying with us in your lakeside cabin.
