Your space is private by closed vertical blinds plus second curtain to separate sleep area. Not a shared room, and the bedroom area is a lockable private room. House functions well so there is no passing into or thru your area
. Are nice desk and storage areas, with drawers. You close the living room area when you want to sleep, since there is more sound in the bedroom since no solid partition.
if 2 people: twin beds. Since it is anticipated guests are out enjoying, then cool air is supplied 430-930. Plenty of fans otherwise. Pick your own breakfast from organic food. Open your patio door and step into the backyard where fruits/veg grow year round. When In season:grapefruits oranges loquats, sapote, guava, tomatoes, macadamia nuts, zucchini, figs, bananas, persimmon, pomegranate, etc... Toaster, microwave, dishwasher, etc, refrigerator use. Washer , dryer. Shower/tub. yard.
Wi-Fi is fastest available in Anaheim. If advance request, a king is possible for more than one person, with an extra charge.
If I am free, I might pick you up from your arrival in Orange County. There may be as many as 4 beside you that live here too; however, not more than 2 others here already would use the bathroom you would use. (Very rarely 3). Although no one has complained too much noise, earplugs are always part of the supplies. 2 use a different bathroom.

6 min drive to train (at the ARtic Transportation Center of Anaheim). Los Angeles: 45 minute drive. 6 blocks from the Santa Ana River Parkway (mountains to seashore). Bike and walking paths.
15 minutes drive from John Wayne airport. , BIG BEAR mountain area paragliding: 90 min drive. 25 min. drive to Pacific ocean/Newport Beach.
Close to all conveniences: 3 minute walk to groceries, restaurant, Kmart. Also 3 minute walk to Anaheim Town Square shopping mall, gym. (Planet fitness). Urgent Care Center 5 min. , etc. During the days the vertical blinds e twisted open so all can enjoy the patio door window into the back yard; however, essentially never would I actually use that entrance.
Often check in and check out can be a little modified, with advance discussion . I will indicate the places in the bathroom and kitchen that are storage areas for you. Access to everything except other bedrooms. If consume more than a small snack and you did not buy, then please replace promptly.

Uber is $10 to Disneyland. Or if someone here, then can drive you for $8. 1 minute walk to Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) bus line 42 . This is the closest, and goes East/West. Lines 57 and 153 are the closest that go North/South. (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) seem to do the best for details of public transportation. Anaheim "Artic" Transportation Hub is about 1/2 hour away by public transportation. OCTA (Orange County Transportation Authority)... Buses run both ways on Lincoln, State College and Sunkist. You can buy online various types of bus passes. Like: Day passes, which entitle a rider unlimited use of Orange county routes for $5/day. If pay on the bus, exact change required. See also Guidebook section for more information.
