Great place to stay
We had a great weekend, house is in a great location to take in the sites. Our dog loved it once she got use to the slick flooring:) very clean place and everything we needed to make it feel like home was there.
Thanks for the review. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay that means a lot to us. Hope that you come back again Soon.
Great place to stay while in town for a wedding
The property owners were very responsive and helpful. Their home was clean and had everything I would expect from this type of rental. My partner and I were in town for a wedding and this served as a great spot right near downtown. Only took 10 minutes to get pretty much anywhere we needed to go. I highly recommend this spot!
Great location in Prescott! Perfect for a fall getaway!
Comfortable and quiet, yet close to everything!
We came up to Prescott for a few days getaway from Phoenix, and had a wonderful stay. Home was comfortable, spacious, had nice tasteful decor, and was very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, even had coffee available which was a nice touch. Covered parking, bbq grill, and a very large yard. The yard also had a fenced in area which was nice to let the pups run around. Walking distance to the grocery store, as well as some great cafes where we were able to get coffee, lunch, and some delicious desserts. Also very close (approx. 2 miles) to downtown. As others have mentioned the street was somewhat busy during the day (not too bad though), but slowed down in the evening and was very quiet at night. Hosts were excellent too, very responsive. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Prescott.
Pleasant summer escape from the heat of Phoenix
We chose to rent in Prescott for July and August to escape the heat of Phoenix. This two bedroom home was an excellent choice. The home was in excellent condition. 2018 was an above average hot summer. We turned on the swamp cooler most mornings between 9 and 10 and kept it on until dusk - this kept the house comfortably cool. At night, I slept with the windows open. There is a very nice, large gas grill in the covered carport (remember to close the bathroom and kitchen window) which we used on many evenings for dinner. There are both a large washing machine and large dryer; both are relatively new and did a great job on laundry. The home has excellent wifi and basic cable for the TV. The home was more than adequate for two of us, including when we had friends come for the weekend. The owners were very prompt and responsive when we had questions or any issues. There was always plenty of hot water (being summer, we never used the heating system). The home is on a through street which is busy during morning and evening rush hours. Since the bedrooms are at the back of the house, street noise generally is not heard at night.
Very nice house, great location
Close enough to Whiskey Row, but not to close. very easy to get to all freeways. Just the right size for our trip to Prescott. A little too much traffic in mid day. Very dark around dog run at night. The house had all that we needed and more. Would return when back in the area. Thanks
Close to everything and in the heart of Prescott, conveniently located to shopping and a short 2.1 miles from downtown Prescott. Prescott does have Uber!
