After spending your days enjoying all the incredible activities Bribie Island has to offer know you can rest easy in this comfortable holiday home. The living, kitchen and dining area is open plan and flows directly on to the outdoor entertaining area. The living room has a huge comfortable "L" shaped sofa that also folds out to a double bed, a large flat screen TV and plenty of books and board games for your family to enjoy. The dining room has an excellent sized table with plenty of space for eight people. In the kitchen you will find new appliances throughout as well as plenty of kitchenware to host a family dinner. This whole area is fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans for your enjoyment.
Off the centre of the home is the outdoor entertaining area, with a BBQ, outdoor table and chairs set and a TV and DvD player. The outdoor area overlooks the lovely in ground swimming pool which is the perfect place to cool off from the stunning South East Queensland weather. The yard surrounding the swimming pool and outdoor area is completely fenced and secure for both children and pets to play. This is a wonderful family friendly outdoor area for all to enjoy.
Back inside are the three bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, air conditioning, TV and DvD player, a ceiling fan and built in robes. The second bedroom has a double, single bunk combo, ceiling fan and built in robe and the third bedroom has a single bed with a single trundle and a ceiling fan and built in robe. If you were to leave the bedroom doors open and have the air conditioner in the living room on bedrooms two and three should still enjoy the cool air from this as well.
The bathroom has a shower, bath tub and vanity with a separate toilet. There is also a laundry with a new washing machine and dryer. There is a single garage and additional parking in the drive way for guests. This home offers holiday guests so much and more at an excellent price and an even better location.
