The massive 28’ by 30’ open plan great room allows you to watch the children playing in the pool through the oversized sliding glass doors or watch television in the living room while cooking. The custom, hand crafted cabinets in the lounge along with the wet bar were custom made for this home.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops that have a higher level for a wraparound breakfast bar. Marble back splashes on the wall under the white cabinets compliment the craftsmanship that went into building this new home.
The outdoor kitchen has a grill, sink and granite counter tops as well as an elevated granite counter top. The outdoor dining area spills out on to the private deck and pool area, complete with a unobstructed view of the 10th fairway of the Traditions golf course.
The 1st floor master is just off the Great Room and has a huge King size bed with windows that face the pool and views. The en-suite bathroom boasts a large soaking tub as well as a shower equipped with four body sprays, a soaker head and the standard hand wand. The his and her vanity unit is topped with granite and features a full length mirror and twin light fixtures.
Upstairs you will find 5 further bedrooms, all featuring huge walk in closets and en suite bathrooms for your convenience, two of which have access out onto the full width balcony.

We all fit very well and the house looked just like the pictures. Had wanted the pool to be heated but was broken first few days. Ended up needing new heater so was installed half way through. Grandchildren swam all week anyway. Good response from owner
