Enjoy staying in our very clean and charming two bedroom, three bath townhome that sleeps eight comfortably in the less conjested west end area Sunnyside in Panama City Beach. Situated in a small complex of six units directly across the street from three quarters of a mile of 'dedicated' beach which is EPA protected from anyone building on this lovely stretch of white sugar sand beach. This is a family friendly area and our beach is private for Sunnyside residents and their guests and it will be yours to enjoy. If you are looking for a high rise condo, like crowds, fighting for a spot on the beach and waiting for an elevator our townhome is not for you!!
We have spacious roomy accomodations. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats four with two extra seats at the counter bar. Enjoy your morning beverage on the shaded front patio. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, blu ray DVD and free WiFi. The downstairs bathroom is complete with a full shower. There are lovely maple wood floors and hardwood steps that lead to the bedrooms and deck upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed and full bath with french doors that open to a patio sun deck with lounge chairs and bistro table where you can enjoy the spectacular gulf view and incredible sunsets. The second bedroom has a queen bed, built in bunk beds and an adjoining full bath and laundry room.
For your convenience we have beach chairs and a umbrella located in the storage room you may use. There are two designated parking spaces directly behind the back door entrance only six steps away. Very convenient so you do not have to cart luggage and groceries from far away. Towels and linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

We are only minutes way from Pier Park with it fabulous shoppes and restaurants, Walmart Super Center, Target, Publix, Winn Dixie, Carousel, CVS, Frank Brown Complex, historic Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Watercolor down 30-A, the airport and many great restaurants and attractions. Through the years I have stayed at many high end resorts where I paid a high price for a longer walk to the beach, condo and parking. We offer SIMPLE, CLEAN, NICE AND COMFORTABLE at a great price that leaves you with the financial resources to explore many fun and entertaining options while on vacation staying in a fantastic vacation spot without breaking the bank.

We bought our vacation home from the builder when it was a year old. Through the years we have had the opportunity to purchase many other units or condos. It has always come back to the fact that we love the location and the size of our beach home.
From our travels to the Pacific west coast, Hawaii, Atlantic east coast and the Caribbean I dare you to find any other beach to compare to or with the beauty of ours.
Our daughters were teenagers when we purchased our home and they loved it and now our grandchildren enjoy our beach house. It has been off the rental market for several years but since I recently retired, I can manage our property and have more flexibility to come to the beach myself. I am now offering our beach home for your enjoyment. As a business owner for the past forty-four years in customer service I will do my best to answer any and all of your questions to make your stay the best it can possibly be. We live only a short four and half hour drive away and I have loved the beach since I was child and vacationed in the Florida Panhandle with my parents.
It is so important to me that everyone enjoy their time off and vacation as I always have.

Although our unit is not new we offer a great value for the money. A unit this size in one of the high rise condos would cost you 2 to 3 times more. "SUNNYSIDE ON THE GULF'" is a wonderful throwback to the beach you visited as you were growing up yet so close and convenient to everything you need to make your vacation great.
We loved the location of the property. Not too far from the sights but away enough to where there wasnt a lot of traffic. Steps away from the beach that felt almost private. Although the property is joined with others there was no problem with noise. As soon as we settled we knew we made the right choice renting "Whatever". Hopefully our future endeavors will take us back here.
a great spot to take vacation.. right across from an uncrowded beautiful Florida beach.. how is that possible.. the townhouse is nice but the location is the reason to stay here.. couldn't be better.. Terry was great with communications and made us feel welcome.. we would definitely stay here again..

My family stayed here over Labor Day weekend. The townhouse itself is extremely clean, quiet, and well-equipped. The owner was very nice and helpful. The location is fantastic. I expected a bit of a crowd on the beach because it was Labor Day weekend, and I was near Panama City Beach, but no! The nearest condo is blocks away, so the only people on "our" beach came from the small neighborhood around the townhouse. There was very little traffic going through Sunnyside, too, so crossing the street (even with a 5-year-old and lots of beach gear) was no problem. We will stay here again!
We really enjoyed our stay at "Whatever" Beach Rental. There was plenty of room for all of us and the rental was equipped with everything you need for your stay. The beach is literally across the street and is very private. We never felt over crowded and did enjoy the company of a few guests who were also staying in the same vicinity. The house was very clean and we will definitely return in the future.
A week wasn't enough....felt like 3 days. We had a great trip and 'Whatever' is in the perfect location. We were so close to everything starting with the beach, just a few steps across the street. It was nice having so much room for our kids to run and play. The view of the beach from the balcony was also wonderful. We were also close to grocery stores and restaurants and a short drive from the middle of Panama City Beach. I love this condo because it is clean, has internet access, 3 bathrooms that ALL include showers, outside showers to wash the sand off, several beach toys and chairs and everything worked properly. The listing was very accurate and even better in person than in pictures. We had a great time riding the tour boat at Capt. Anderson's to Shell Island and seeing several dolphins. Our almost 4 year old daughter had a blast riding go-carts and Pier Park is a nice shopping area. I was surprised to see Pepper Palace in Pier Park as it's a store we're familiar with seeing in Gatlinburg, TN. It's a great place to pick up sauces and dip. You can sample all of it in the store, too. I would recommend this property to anyone but be prepared for your trip to go by way too fast. I would also recommend lunch at Salty Sue's for a barbecue sandwich. Aside from the great taste, their menu is reasonably priced which explains the full parking lot. Terry is so nice and easy to deal with. I appreciate how easy she makes everything. Hopefully, we'll be back soon! Thanks, John K.
