Although the villa is secluded, it is only one kilometre away from Fuseta. Video available on Website.

I think I've actually found paradise on earth. The views are beautiful, the house and pool stunning and the range of activities available (tennis, ping pong, pool table, walks, beach, swimming pool) second to none. The local restaurants gave us plenty of choice - particularly delicious fish - and a pretty square in town gave us ample opportunity to sit, drink coffee or a beer and people watch.
(The almond tart from the local bakery is heaven.) Definitely going again.
We were an assorted party of friends who needed a Villa that had a Tennis court and large swimming pool together with comfortable bedrooms and ample space for dining and general recreation. This Villa delivered. It is situated within walking distance of the village of Fuseta, which has a supermarket that provided for our needs and is in an ideal position to travel by car to various locations around the Algarve. The Villa is in an isolated position and has wonderful views across the Ria Formosa. There is adequate Wi Fi, and an excellent games room situated in the grounds. If you are looking for a quite location, with views, and easy access to other parts of the Algarve, then this might be the place for you. The photographs and video of the villa which are posted on line represent a true representation of how the Villa really is. Subject to everybody’s availability we have already spoken about a return visit – that must say something!!
We spent a week feeling like royalty ... Perfect villa... Perfect staff ... Perfect weather ... We were rather apprehensive about transferring money into someone's bank account as one hears of so many scams and villas not existing and so forth but June, the owner couldn't of been more helpful and reassuring ... She even rang me on several occasions to answer questions that I had emailed her ... A lovely lady ...! Alvero was at the villa on our arrival, to show us around, then we had a lovely meal that was prepared for us by Leanor ... The pool was perfect for our 'Olympic style' games ( not that any of the six of us in our party are athletes ) ... The tennis court we used on several evenings as it was far too hot to play during the day ... We found that turning off the lights around the grounds ( which look amazing by the way ) made the floodlights stay on without going off half way through the game ... We had the aircon on in the bedrooms at night and kitchen and lounge on on a few occasions and used the kitchen appliances on a regular basis... the electricity bill was only 61 euros for the week which is very reasonable indeed ... Overall a definite 5 star without doubt ...from the first enquiry to the waiving us goodbye by Alvero and Leanor ... I think June has thought of everything to make this a perfect holiday ( even down to the lovely smelling body wash in all the bathrooms ) .. We are very discerning customers to say the least, and we weren't disappointed ... Many thanks June, to you and your staff ..!
We are 5 world travelers who demand the best and we got it at Casa dos Zefiros! From emailing with June to kissing Leonora good bye, it was perfect in every way! There was a gourmet meal to great us, 5 gorgeous bedrooms, a stunning pool and gardens, close to golf, beach....we were supposed to travel the whole algarve and could not leave! Leonora cooked us wonderful meals and we felt like royalty from the beginning to the farewell! Thank you June, Alvaro and Leonora for such a glorious visit!
Three generations of our family (the youngest being six months old) spent a wonderful October half term at this beautiful villa - and we loved every minute!
Casa dos Zefiros is in the most amazing location overlooking the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve - I could never get tired of that stunning view - and is furnished exquisitely, yet it feels so comfortable and homely with everything one could possibly need!
We were met when we first arrived by Alvaro, the manager, who showed us around and was on hand should we have required anything - he was most welcoming. Then on our first night we had the wonderful meal Leonor, the housekeeper, had prepared for us - we felt thoroughly spoiled!
June, the owner, was a delight to deal with making the whole booking process very straightforward. She kindly arranged for a cot and high chair to be available and was caring and thoughtful throughout. She obviously takes great pride in letting out her villa and does all she can to make the stay a marvellous, happy and memorable experience.
We were very lucky with the weather (any rain falling at night!) and so were able to make good use of the pool, the tennis court and the barbeque. We enjoyed the walk into Fuseta (though parts are not really buggy-friendly) and were very taken with the main square where we enjoyed soaking up the atmosphere with a beer or two, walking along by the boats and the Mercado municipal where we bought supplies for our evening meals.
We all absolutely loved Casa dos Zefiros and felt very much at home there. In fact it was just what we all needed – somewhere to relax and re-charge the batteries in fantastic surroundings! It is definitely somewhere we would like to return to.
Our stay at Casa dos Zefiros was fantastic. The pictures on line were fine, but don’t really do justice to the magnificence beauty and amenities of this estate! We are a group of five couples from all over the United States who grew up together in Maryland. All of us are in our 70’s-80’s. Two couples now live in California; one couple in Colorado; one in Georgia and we have remained in Maryland.
Beginning twenty years ago we began to spend one week a year together. We have rented homes all over the US and Canada. Because this was our 20th reunion, we opted to venture into Europe, and we chose Portugal for this years “trip.”
This home was all we could imagine and more. All the bedrooms were beautiful with very comfortable beds. The kitchen had every possible piece of cooking equipment that you could imagine. Leonora the housekeeper was superb and prepared two meals for us, both of which were fantastic. Alvaro the manager answered the very few questions we had.
The owner, June, was extremely easy to work with in completing our reservations and stay.
Would we recommend this home to our very best friends? YOU BET WE WOULD!! If you want the proverbial “heaven on earth “go to Casa dos Zefiros and see for yourself!
Just returned from a fabulous holiday in Casa dos Zefiros.
We spent a long time reviewing villas in Portugal before we made our choice and it was well worth the effort - the description content is totally accurate.
This villa has everything you need for a wonderful family holiday (or a group of friends). The pool is a good size and perfect temperature - good for younger children as well as adults.
We had a delightful meal left for us on our first evening which made it very easy to settle in and the sparkling wine mentioned in an earlier review was a great advantage.
Tastefully furnished and set in beautiful gardens with wonderful views made it difficult to leave on any day - we took the opportunity to have meals cooked for us on a couple of occasions which were excellent and very reasonably priced.
The team here cannot be faulted for their courteous and warm service - nothing was too much trouble.
We very much hope to return again and cannot recommend highly enough - 5 stars plus!!

Golf: 20 minutes drive from the villa are the spectacular sister courses of Quinta da Cima and Quinta da Ria. Whilst they sit comfortably with each other, and enjoy the same clubhouse and management, each course has its own distinctive character. Quinta da Cima is the longer at nearly 7000m. It is a championship styled course. Its undulating terrain, constant surprises, (the 14th and 15th through the orange groves), trying to avoid the charming (but ball enticing) cascading streams, not to mention the 2 lakes that are waiting to capture your score on the last three holes, make this a unique golfing experience. Quinta da Ria, although a little shorter, is perhaps more stunningly beautiful, with some of the holes playing above the Ria Formosa lagoon. Man-made lakes keep the golfer’s interest focused. Within easy driving distance are Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo, San Lorenzo, Pinheiros Altos, Vallamoura, Villa Sol, and many other.
