Come enjoy our beautiful home in the private gated community of Bermuda Dunes Country Club. As you enter the home you will be greeted by our spacious living room with views of your private pool and spa. Dining room is adjacent to the living room and it seats 8 people. Our wonderful open kitchen with an island and granite counter tops is a chef's dream.
Family room c/w 60' flat screen TV, surround sound and fire place. Master bedroom has a King pillow top bed and a huge walkin closet. Master bath has his and hers vanity, jacuzzi tub and shower. Second bedroom also has a King size pillow top bed and ensuite. Third bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk in closet. All bedrooms have flat screen wall mounted TV's for your viewing pleasure. The family room has a queen size pull out bed that will sleep 2 people for those extra guests when you need it.
Enjoy our beautiful south facing backyard that is on the 4th fairway of the prestigous Bermuda Dunes Golf Course. Designer pool and spa features water falls and lovely palm trees and shrubs to give you privacy from the golf course. Fully furnished for outdoor living with outdoor table, loungers, bar stools and chairs. Barbeque in our outdoor kitchen equiped with high end bbq, burner and sink. Our home can be a great getaway for several couples or a family and it is a great place for entertaining family and guests.
We rented Harry's home for the Thanksgiving week so that we could do some hiking and golfing. The location was very central to all the activities we were doing. Everything is 5 minutes away. Harry was fantastic and very responsive through the whole process. The home was beautiful and accommodated 3 couples easily, and comfortably (nice beds). It had everything we needed, including a well stocked kitchen for making meals and outdoor kitchen for grilling and having drinks. The pool was nice and the hot tub was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this place.
The property was clean and manager was very responsive. Basically it was everything that we expected. We had a mechanical problem with the hot tub which was eventually resolved.
We spent the month of February in the property with another couple. The lay out of the house was perfect with the master on the opposite end of the house from the other 2 bedrooms giving each couple great privacy. We spent many evenings using the hot tub relaxing after a day of golf or just exploring the Palm Springs area. Even though we had a beautiful pool to use it was still a little cool to do so, but we could have if we had chosen to heat the pool. Just sitting out there having a drink and watching the sunsets or the stars at night was a great experience. The property has a great outdoor kitchen and we used it many times fixing our evening meals. Very enjoyable stay that ended much too soon.
This house was very spacious and had a great bbq and patio area with hot tub and pool. Joyce, the property manager was very responsive. When we arrived, we were let it in by the "handyman" as Joyce had not been well. Unfortunately, the housekeeper (who was apparently new) forgot to clean the master bath and one of the guest bathtubs, and a few other little things. Joyce was very quick to respond and sent the housekeeper the next day.
The family room hide-a-bed couch is a bit uncomfortable to sit on for any long period, but the couch in the living room is comfortable.
(1) Offer a house refresh (clean linens and clean bathrooms) when there is a longer stay. This is the only rental where cleaning service was not included or at least offered during our stay. I didn't know this. Two weeks is a long time to go without cleaning I don't really care to do that while on vacation.
(2) First time that I stayed somewhere where we were allotted one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Hmm, 6 people, two weeks. We had to buy our own. Just leave a supply of toilet paper and paper towels in the garage.
Harry and Joyce did check in and we did not bother Harry with the above. We would very possibly stay again next year if it worked out.

We had a really nice stay and would definitely rent this place again. The kitchen had everything you could need. The house was very nicely decorated and lots of space. The manager was very helpful and we had no issues with the place. Nice pool area with a barbeque area and bar.
I've been down to this Bermuda Dunes home three times. Every trip seems to be better than the last. The weather is spectacular and never disappoints. The house, pool and grounds are beautiful. Every thing is clean, spacious and convenient. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. I spend most of my time by the pool as the outside area is incredible and right on the golf course. Through out the day and evening you will see a couple of little roadrunners running around the green and sometimes in the yard around the house. The house itself is situated in a great locations to all amenities. There are restaurants, shopping malls and everything you need is near bye. The house is in a gated community and a very safe area. There are lots of tourist things to do. Ride the Gondola, play golf or shopping at the Outlet Malls, and much, much more. I really enjoyed my time in Palm Springs and the house is spectacular. I am hoping to go again, as I just can't get enough. This house and the grounds are truly paradise, making it a very relaxing, enjoyable vacation. I would recommend it to every one.
Bermuda Dunes Country Club is located just east of Palm Desert and Indian Wells and just north of La Quinta. Our home is located in the southern part of the country club off Fred Waring. We are just 5 minutes away from Costco and all the big box stores where you can pretty much purchase anything you will ever need. There's a Trader Joes closeby and plenty of food stores for your groceries. Our home is away from it all yet close to all the shopping at Hwy 111 and all the golf courses at La Quinta.
December 1 to May 31 - Peak season rate 1750.00 per week, 6000.00 per month
October 1 to November 30 - Pre Peak season rate 1550.00 per week, 5000.00 per month
June 1 to September 31 - Off peak season rate 1200.00 per week, 3500.00 per month
Cleaning Fee - 150.00
Riverside County Taxes of 10% will be added for rentals of less than 31 days.
Pool and Spa Heating - Additional charge required - Cost based on gas usage
