In October of 2012 we found ourselves buying this property we named, “Two Cabins and a Caboose” and began turning it into a park-like setting that now offers local and world travelers experiences unlike any other region.

This place was amazing!

  • 5 of 5

The caboose had everything you need for a vacation home away from home. The bed was comfy. The shower was awesome. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with pots pans coffee makers and staples! The hot tub was wonderful and the fire pit was amazing. Sitting at the party tower reading a book and listening to river was what we needed after our short stay in Seattle. Auggie and Ann thought of everything. We would love to come back and spend more time staying here!

Great place to stay close to Crystal Mountain

  • 5 of 5

Stayed here during winter break with our two young boys. Skiing at Crystal Mountain only 20-30 minutes away. Boys loved the hot tub, party tower and staying in a real caboose. Very cozy and comfy. Perfect for a family of four, probably not many more than that though.

Amazing caboose in the woods

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying in this cozy caboose! The kitchen met all of Chef Laura's needs and the bathroom shower was gorgeous (2 shower heads!). We had friendly cabin-renting neighbors and enjoyed nights in the hot tub after long days of skiing. The grounds were lovely -- we didn't get to spend any time at the party tower, but its location by the creek made us wish we would have. We will be back! Thanks for a great getaway!

Thoughtful spot close to Crystal and Mt Rainier with all you could need

  • 5 of 5

The weather didn't cooperate but our young family had fun: s'mores, watching the river, playing in the wet field. We were cozy and enamored with this authentic caboose. Great getaway!

Beautiful cozy cabin. My husband and I got married last weekend on the beautiful water spot in front of the cabin. Perfect honeymoon spot. We look forward to coming back every year for our anniversary.
