Located just south of Cuba, Little Cayman is one of the London Sunday Times’ Ultimate Caribbean destinations. Conch Club #8 is located directly on the beach and offers unobstructed views of the reef-protected South Hole Sound and beyond that the Caribbean Sea. The Club offers two good sized pools and a hot tub just moments from the unit.
Inside on the main level you will find a fully furnished kitchen; dining area with seating for 6, half-bath, laundry unit, a comfortable living area with sliding glass doors opening up to a covered, fully furnished patio and with the Caribbean sea beyond. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a premium king bed, en-suite bath and access to the furnished balcony with views of South Hole Sound and Owen Island. The guest bedroom offers two premium queen beds; an en-suite bath and views of Booby Pond – a regionally important bird sanctuary offering countless opportunities for bird watchers.
There is free high-speed internet, local telephone, a BlueRay/DVD and an entertainment centre in the living area. We have an eclectic book collection.
A fully-stocked grocery store a short bike ride away. Charcoal BBQ grills are on site and nearby Hungry Iguana Restaurant in Blossom Village, or the Little Cayman Beach Club or the Southern Cross Club, both adjacent, offer a range of dining possibilities.
Conch Club #8 is marketed by Rebecca Koss on behalf of:
Michael & Lizzie who live in London and in rural Wiltshire, England with their two children and Harry, the dog.
Rebecca Koss purchased this condo in 2013
We stayed in the next door unit in 2009 and decided to buy a unit if the opportunity arose. We bought #8 in March 2013 and have since replaced all the beds; the sofas; linens etc and all the appliances. This is our home and we maintain it accordingly.
Little Cayman is probably the least developed island in the Caribbean! It is ideal for families while also being a mecca for divers and fishermen. This is a quiet destination. If you want bright lights; clubs and set piece entertainment then Little Cayman is not for you.

Condo # 8 - Beautiful well appointed unit. New appliances, stunning view. We visited for a week with friends who are there for the MONTH (Jealous).
Every thing was wonderful. I like to know about local flora & fauna and there were books in the unit & some staff were helpful well.
Not a scuba diver just a snorkel/kayak person but just the quiet beauty satisfied us.Bikes provided fun transportation all over the island. Kayaks were included as well.
There was a fantastic tasting dinner contest at Southern Cross with outstanding presentation and the Chefs did themselves proud.
Pasta night was another surprise with made to order you pick ingredients right down to type of pasta.
A great respite for people who dive or just want a slower pace.
Island is pricey because it's an island and you may not always have everything you need at the store if the barge is late. Such is island living :)

There were 4 of us-3 adults and 1 7-year old. 2 adults dived, while auntie played nanny. We had a blast! Rebecca Koss made booking this property easy and very comfortable. You can be confident of what you are getting here at this condo complex. The property is beautiful, very-very quiet! and clean-it's HOME! The kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals. While Little Cayman may be our paradise, it's not for everyone, and by all means not a luxury resort vacation. It's more relaxing and eco. You will probably see more iguana and crabs then you will people :) Divers and snorkelers will be happy. There is not a lot to see and do here. Just the way I like it. This place is what you make out of it. The pool and beach are right out your patio door. Owen Island is a short hop across on the water on a kayak (available at the property). The grocery store is down the street. While we did get one, you don't need a car. Everyone walks or rides bikes. Favorite eats and drinks are to be had down the beach at the Little Cayman Beach Resort. There is also Hungry Iguana and Southern Cross that are also good (but not my favorite). Nothing fancy here to be had-a big YAY! Everyone is so friendly on the island. I think it may be the last paradise on earth with no crime. No one locks their cars/doors. You don't need to pack much. Full size washer/dryer in unit works great. Lay around or be as busy as you want. You have all the amenities here at the condo. If you crave more human contact walk down the beach to Little Cayman Beach Club, or go out to the pool (although odds are you will have the pool to yourself here!). We hope to come back when the 7-year old is old enough to certify to dive. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!
This manager was very responsive and cordial and wanted to make sure that all details were clearly spelled out so there would be no mix ups or problems. The condo is very well taken care of and all of the people you meet are friendly. That's all that we needed. Yes food choices are limited and very expensive but if I wanted to go away for gourmet meals I would pick a different destination
Excellent snorkeling, nice restaurants, beautiful view of the sea from the bed, great sea bath at Owen island, great star gazing, comfy condo. But you may need to deal with the sulfur smell of the island. This is a volcanic sediment island with also a lot of mangroves on it. There is a sulfuric smell everywhere that you notice when the wind is low.
We had a great time. Condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. May is starting to get a little warm, had rain showers most days but they didn't last very long. The people there are super nice. Had fun with the kayaks and bikes. The food is expensive and there's not a lot of choices.
