Upstairs has lots of light, & two bedrooms plus full bath. Main floor features solid hand-scraped hickory wood flooring, large window seat, 38' tv with Comcast cable & wireless internet. Beautiful updated kitchen with matching stainless steel appliances. Downstairs bedroom has it's own bath & shower - providing guests separate enough sleeping areas for privacy.
Great sunlight through large windows & high ceilings on the main floor & upstairs. The window seat in the living room is perfect to enjoy the historic charm, open floor plan and & modern finishes. It is close enough to downtown (literally right down a hill & you are there) and located on the East side of the valley. Don't be fooled by other folks vague location description. Check out the maps!
(*LOCALS TIP: You don't want to spend too much time on I-15 in traffic or commuting from the West side of I-15 if you can avoid it.* Being so close to all the great restaurants and grocery options also really adds to the experience.)
The home was as expected from the description. It was close to the U of U which made it an easy walk each day and also was close to the metro system and downtown. It is a quiet street and one felt safe walking, biking or running in the area. The upstairs air conditioners could be better placed for effectiveness but the addition of fans made it all work. The house was well stocked with supplies and Misha and Tony were very receptive and responsive to any and all of our requests. We would happily stay again.
My mom, sister and I had a lovely stay at this duplex. It had a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, responsive owners and was very clean. We thought the location was super too!
We loved staying in this home. It feels much bigger than the square footage would suggest. It's in a great location that is close to just about everything in SLC and the neighborhood is awesome. We will for sure look to come back to this property again in the future. Everything was clean and the home was equipped with all the necessary items anyone or any family would need. Thanks for a great stay.
As advertised . Clean as a pin and great location !! Small problem with water pressure to basement toilet but Tony was Tony on the spot to repair quickly !! Will stay here again .
The property is very nice and extremely clean. It is quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!!
My husband and I rented this three bedroom, two bath home when we visited our children in Salt Lake City in late March 2016. When we arrived, we were very
pleased with our choice. The front was landscaped nicely and very neat. The house was spotlessly clean and completely equipped, even to hair dryers in each of the bathrooms. All areas of the house were attractively furnished and finished. The bed linens were new. There were lots of towels in the bathrooms, which also were furnished with soap and shampoo. The kitchen had all cleaning supplies in it, as did the laundry room. In the living area there is a window seat which was our grandson's favorite spot. His second favorite spot was the sun room off one of the upstairs bedrooms. It is a lovely home located near the university but quite close to the downtown area of the city, just a block away from the trolley line.
Although we did not meet one of the owners, Mrs. Ramirez, we met Mr. Ramirez, who was very welcoming to us. I recommend this property without hesitation
and plan on renting it again when we next visit our children.
