Walk to everything Chicago has to offer- downtown, beach, park, restaurants and bars; bring family or friends to this spacious two bedroom apartment on a quiet neighborhood street. Parking, back yard, laundry on premises, pets welcome- what else can you possibly need?
Everything is done to make your stay comfortable and accommodate your needs.
You will have the use of the whole floor, which is a lower level two bedroom. It has its own entrance off the street and no internal connection to upper flowers. The house was remodeled specifically to host Airbnb. You enter into a large living/dining room combo. Compact kitchen and full bath are off to a side. Kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator. It is fully stocked if you wish to cook, host or just eat a take out from real dishware. You will also have access to amazing backyard with a grill. Two bedrooms are towards the back of the house. One has two queen beds, one two futons. Please note that sofa beds in the description above are futons (as futons were not an option to choose from). There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen. The unit has air conditioning and central heat. Please note that I rent the space upstairs and someone might be staying there. Please be aware that you might potentially hear them as well. There is a detached garage and you will have use of one parking space in it. It is a standard residential garage so please plan size of your vehicle accordingly.
IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON HAVING AN EVENT: I do not charge for extra guests, however the capacity listed is the one allowed by the city. Also, you have to obey a city of Chicago noise ordinances, laws and policies and respect my neighbors. I OFFER A PARTY CLEANING PACKAGE. For additional $50 you do not have to clean anything. Just walk out in the morning (you do need to move furniture if you make any changes to lay out). Note that this fee is additional to my regular cleaning fee.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION:
If the name on the reservation does not match the name on the credit card or if the reservation is made less than 10 days in advance one of the following will need to happen:
You will need to either meet with me or one of my staff members in person and provide your credit card and ID. Those need to match the name and the card on the reservation. My staff or myself will take a picture of those. Your check in time will be 4 pm with very little flexibility. Alternatively, you can send me a picture through this system that will include you holding an id next to your face with the name on the ID matching your face and the name on the reservation and your credit card.
You will then get a door code and be able to self check in.

The Second City only two blocks away and it is a famous theater that specializes in sketch comedy and improv, and has been delighting audiences for over 50 years.
