Come visit our Beautiful Pool Home perfectly setup for 3+ families. Our home is designer decorated and upgraded with granite kitchen counters, tiled bathrooms and wood floors. Two masters one with Cal King Bed, one with a Queen Bed both have private bathrooms and 42'' TV's. 1 Additional Queen bedroom w/42' TVs and 2 Children's rooms both with Full over Full Bunk beds and 42'' TVs. These last 3 rooms share a bathroom in the hall shower/bath tub. There is a pack 'n play, strollers, highchair and booster seat for your infants & toddlers. Main Living Room has 60' TV w/DVD player and Time Warner's top 250 channels. All other rooms have cable with Disney and top 100 channels. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. Free US Nationwide & Canada phone calls from house phone. Relax in our brand new sparkling pool with jacuzzi in the rear yard. We monitor and control the temperature for you remotely from our office to make sure it will be on and to temperature when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor seating, natural gas BBQ Grill. All furniture, furnishings, game room in garage, etc. are new as of May 2013. Nice short walk to Disneyland, and you can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the front yard. Home has Central Air & Heat

Fantastic home very close to Disney-about 15 min walk to Downtown Disney

The pool was great for the kids.

Very clean and modern.

Close to restaurants and other amenities.

So convienent

Everything felt clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were so nice after a day at Disneyland! The walk was not bad at all. It is easier to walk to the monorail or to the front gate than it is to take the tram at the partking lot. Between a half and a full mile. When you realize that you walked 8-12 miles each day at the park, the walk over is nothing! The only thing we found a bit difficult was cooking. There are many dishes but for a large home that can hold 14 people the pots and pans are a bit small. And not enough cooking utensils like large spoons or wooden spoons. Any problems we had were dealt with really quickly. For instance, there were no batteries in 2 of the remotes for the tvs and he brought some to us right away. We have already recommended this home to two families that are planning Disney trips this year and next. HAVE FUN!

Great place!

House was perfect for large groups/kids. It was clean, pool and spa heated when we got there. Property management company was easy to work with, easy to get a hold of. Nice neighborhood, quiet, walking distance to Disney. We really had a nice stay here and will definitely stay here again!

Invasion of Privacy - Cameras found inside house!

Renter beware. Worst VRBO experience ever.

Our stay at this home was uncomfortable and awkward. After checking in we discovered that the owner/property manager has cameras set up inside the house and in the back yard. We were told that they will not be turned off and they are there for security reasons. The house also boasts it's own curfew of 10pm. If you can believe it, this restricts you from going in the back yard or outside at all after 10pm. And no, it's not a law... it's just a house rule. I found that Anaheim does, in fact, have a curfew for people under 18 and it has a noise ordnance to protect from parties . I looked up both of them, and this house's rules went beyond both with its restrictions. We felt like prisoners in the house. One night, we went outside after 10pm (11pm, not too late) and we got a phone call asking us to go back inside. The property manager gave away in his dialog that he was watching us through the camera in the back yard. When we suggested that we weren't still outside (we were) he said he "knew" we were and that he would "go there and remove us from the house immediately" if we did not go inside. I guess we can add "threats" to the "services" that come with this house.

Although the house was nice, I would NEVER stay here again and I would NEVER let anyone that I care about stay here. If you've clicked on this house because the pictures look amazing, I strongly recommend you keep looking... unless being videoed without consent, dominated by rules and feeling like a hostage in your own house is something you enjoy.

Owner's Response: This guest signed for the city rules for STRs (vacation rentals) with his rental agreement per city code . He then googled the ordinance for residents (who live in their homes) which is a totally different ordinance (resident have different rules and can be outside). He then decided he and his group could be in the Jacuzzi at 11pm. Our neighbors phoned us to let us know these guests were very loud in the backyard Jacuzzi and could be heard 1/2 way down the street. Our neighbors were kind enough to call us first and not code authority which would have fined us $1,500-$2,500 for breaking quiet time (2 of these violations in a year and the city will shut a vacation house down). When we phoned the guest to go inside he replied they didn't have to and no one was going to make them. We had to send security out to the house to make them go in as they were drunk, belligerent and just wanted to fight. It is because of guests like this that the city has banned vacation rentals and will be phasing them out over the next couple of years. The house has a standard security system thru ADT for the protection of the home. It is common for a guest who gets in trouble to try and write the most damaging review they can. We would suggest you look up the facts regarding the rules for yourself at Anaheim.net. The link is “STR Regulations and Ban on New STRs Ordinance” for the complete rules, which are strictly enforced by code authority. Here is the text that applies to this guest: 4.05.100 CONDITIONS OF PERMIT ISSUANCE AND RENEWAL; OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS. .0118 Occupants shall not engage in outdoor activities on a short-term rental property between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. that involve the use of swimming pools, hot tubs, spas, tennis and paddleboard courts, play equipment and other similar and related improvements. The hours between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. are considered to be “quiet time,” where all activities at a short-term rental property shall be conducted inside of a short-term rental unit so that no outdoor activity will disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood adjacent to a short-term rental property or cause discomfort or annoyance to any reasonable person of normal sensitivity residing in the area. The owner shall post signs of a size, type and at a location (or locations) acceptable to the Planning Director near all doors leading to the exterior of a short-term rental unit, advising occupants of “quiet time.”

Disnyland vacation rental property

Enjoyed most everything about this property. Very roomy and bedroom space was great. Lots of TVs and room to relax. Pool was very nice and warm.. Would reccomend this space to anyone. Manager was very kind and helpful. would stay here again.
