Moonlight Chalet is located in the gorgeous Al Tahoe neighborhood. This completely remodeled single-story Tahoe cabin has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, perfect for a family or group of friends. An open concept layout provides a spacious home capable of fitting 10 guests.
As you enter the front door a cozy living room invites you inside. Gather around the stunning stone fireplace with plenty of plush seating. Seating can double as a sleeper sofa for additional space. This home has all the amenities a modern family desires such as large smart flat screen televisions with Netflix and super fast WiFi throughout. An additional sitting room and television are close by to keep the kids entertained. A dining area for 8 and kitchen are connected to these rooms. With modern touches and stainless steel appliances, the chef in the group can whip up any gourmet meal.
On the left side of the home you will find the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious King-sized bed and private bathroom with a standalone glass door shower. The next bedroom has a Queen-sized bed. The last bedroom has Twin bunk beds and a single Twin bed. Each bedroom has a mounted smart flat screen television as well. There is a shared bathroom equipped with a jetted tub and shower.
A private fenced in backyard is perfect for kids to run around in. Surrounded by gorgeous trees, cook a tasty dinner on the grill or stargaze from the hot tub. Garage and driveway parking is available for 3 cars.
Several hiking trails are steps away. Lake Tahoe and Regan Beach are less than half a mile away. Test your luck at Heavenly and other casinos less than 3 miles down Lake Tahoe Boulevard. Free concerts are also available during the summer at the Commons.
- Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and The County of El Dorado have gotten extremely strict in enforcement of posted rules which can be found in the rental agreement. Be sure to become familiar with said rules to avoid steep fines and visits from the authorities
- Guests will have access to park 1 car in the garage and 2 in the driveway but no street parking is allowed
- This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival
- This home sits in a quiet (mostly residential) neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down
