THE LOCATION

Just moments from stunning Woonona beach you can take long walks along the shore all the way to Bellambi to the south or Bulli to the north. Enjoy a dip at the patrolled beach (during summer) or soak in the ocean pool. Pack a picnic and ball games and amble over to Nicholson Park and spend a day enjoying the sun, sand and sea air. The newly refurbished kids playground is a huge hit so be sure to get there early. Earn your breakfast with a walk south towards Bellambi where 'Olives Cafe' offers a sundrenched lawn and spectacular views.

Your coffee fix is accessible just around the corner at the 'North Break Cafe' or venture into town for organic coffee and food at 'All and Sundry'. Ride, walk or run the 15km path all the way from Belmore Basin to Thirroul taking in the beautiful scenery along the coastline. Be sure to stop off at the various parks, bays and rock pools along the way.

There is a third bathroom downstairs which is ideal for a post beach wash off.

LIVING/KITCHEN

Upstairs

The airy living room has a balcony with sea views and features a TV and DVD player. The open plan kitchen and dining room enjoy sea views with plenty of space around the table to gather. The kitchen features a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Downstairs

The living room downstairs features a fold lounge, TV and DVD and is open plan to the bright kitchen, which features a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.

OUTDOORS

A huge backyard provides plenty of space for kids to the run around, allow the dog to roam free and enjoy a BBQ and a cold drink and listen to the sound of the surf. There is also a pool table and beer fridge in the garage.
