New Park Studio is an unusual town house type property with deceptively large, open plan accommodation. It is ideal for either holiday makers or business people, being right in the heart of this historic city. The accommodation is arranged on 2 floors and is primarily open plan, giving a feeling of space. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/sitting area where there is also a double bed which can accommodate a further two people. There is also a modern shower room on the ground floor and the well equipped kitchen opens out on to a shared, secluded courtyard. On the first floor there is a vast open plan bed/sitting area with a further double bed and sofa, making it a very comfortable area. The property is light and well appointed with modern fittings and the rear courtyard provides a secluded sun trap. It is adjacent to a selection of restaurants and pubs, with the main shopping centre in Chichester being only a couple of hundred yards away. There are various public car parks in the city for which permits can be obtained and just down the road from the property are three parks, including the stunningly beautiful Priory Park, where cricket is played throughout the summer. We were unable to leave any comments on Trip Advisor, but just wanted to say how thrilled we were with New Park Studio. Absolutely everything was provided - far more than we had expected. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, and the location was exceptional. We had expected parking difficulties, but there was plenty of available free parking in the streets nearby.
We have now returned to Australia after six weeks away staying in a variety of self-contained holiday flats or hotels, and New Park Studio totally outstrips other self-contained holiday flats.
