Actual renter recount of his stay. 'The walk up Tiger Tail Beach is really nice. Go out the gate and bear left around the lagoon, turn right at the gulf and walk back to the north. It is several miles all the way to the end of the beach up near the Marco marina entrance. Lots of shells the further up you walk. If your renters like bird and wildlife watching, the best spot we found was only a short drive away. Take San Marco Road east, past the Goodland Bridge, all the way to Rte 41. Turn right on 41 and go 2.8 miles to a small parking lot on the right. It is a marked nature preserve and hiking trail. Park and walk the trail south to the observation tower and to the viewing bench about 250 yards past the tower. It is a flat gravel trail that is easy to walk. Bring your binoculars and camera. If you can go around 4:30 or 5:00 and stay till the sun sets, you will see lots of birds coming in to roost. There are several alligators near the viewing tower....' Bill

Complex is very well maintained especially considering hurricane Irma’s distruction only few months prior. South Seas employees very accommodating and friendly making for an enjoyable time

Lifetime of Memories!

What a fantastic condo in one of the most amazing places! Xavier and Maria are the real deal. Not only did they answer all of our questions beforehand, but they also called before our vacation to check in with us. They truly wanted to make sure we had a memorable vacation. The condo itself is beautiful. Many renovations have been done-it's bright, open, and immaculate. Everything you could possibly need are included in the unit (cooking utensils, cooler, beach chair, towels, etc.) and the building itself was beautiful as well. We stayed with our two young sons, and had plenty of room. The view is incredible of both the ocean and the pool. A very short walk to Tigertail Beach and some great shelling beach areas. Marco Island has much to offer in addition to the beaches and pool including shopping, great restaurants, parks, and grocery stores. I know that we will be back (got home today and are already trying to plan another trip) and would highly recommend this unit to everyone! Thank you Xavier and Maria!

Fantastic view

I have been to Marco Island many times. I have family there and have only had to rent a few times. I have always wanted to stay in the South Sea towers. The location is fantastic. You can walk everywhere. Did not expect the door to be on the outside but had a view of the city and then walked inside and had a view of the gulf.

Awesome time in Marco

We just got back from a great time at Marco Island. We stayed at South Seas Building 4. We originally booked our stay in listing 473752 but the owner Xavier indicated a few weeks prior to our departure that the time line on renovations in his unit were taking longer than expected. As a result he provided a couple of other units in the same building as options and indicated he would pay for any difference in pricing. I can't tell you enough how appreciative I was that Xavier took the extra steps to provide solutions to the problem and makes things right!! You should definitely feel very comfortable that Xavier is a stand up person and follows the golden rule.

We have been going to Marco for a number of years and love it. Our stay at South Seas building 4 reinforced how great a place it is to vacation. The building location is very good and it is clean and well maintained. The pool area was very nice and the access to Marco's prestine beaches was great.

I would highly recommend Marco and South Seas and am very comfortable in stating that Xavier will treat you right!

An awesome place

Xavier and Maria were especially accommodating. A pleasure to rent from. The condo was awesome with everything that we needed. Took my granddaughter,her friend both teenagers and my traveling partner and we could not have had a better time. The view was spectacular. The South Seas area was more than we expected with cleanliness and very well run. Will definitely plan another trip there in the future.

Orlando is approximately 240 miles away.

Great shopping at top brand outlet (48 minutes away)

Collier-seminole state park is about 5 miles south of marco island on US 41. Great for nature lovers.

Canoe rentals, jet skis, just a short walk away.
