Vila Pragelas is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage with terrace overlooking the sea in a semi-rurual area, close to airport, 5 minutes to Santa Cruz, 20 minutes from Funchal, driveway for car with automatic gate

Located on street to Santo da Serra, not too far up above the airport, in what is known as the Santinha strip, where it is landmarked by a statue of our Lady of Fatima embedded into the rustic wall of the road. This 2 storey 2 bedroom cottage is in a lane known as Vereda da Santinha, accessed via the road opposite the statue or from the driveway of the house down a few steps.

The house has a large family room on ground floor with patio doors accessing the terrace and outdoor laundry room.

There is also a large eat in kitchen with all new appliances and adjacent dining room with seating for 4-6 comfortablly.

The house sleeps 4 with a 180 x 200 cm king size bed and 2 large 90 x 200 cm twin beds which can be moved together to make a king size using the same bed sheets as the other king in master bedroom, just move the night table out of center to bring beds together

This cottage also has central heating and air conditioning in each bedroom and family room, it also have a powder room adjacent family room and a large bathroom on upper level serving both bedrooms.

It is a very homey property where you can setup base to visit all of the island with easy access to the highway and nearby towns of Santa Cruz, Machico, and Canical with other higher elevation towns also within easy and close reach, like Santo da Serra where there is a great farmers market and fair every Sunday.
