This apartment is situated in a central, yet quiet location with wonderful views from all rooms over the marina and Lake Geneva. Constructed to a very high standard, maintained in pristine condition and painted in 2010, the apartment offers practical and comfortable accommodation for four people.
Please note that there are some restrictions on the dates for check-in and check-out.

The initial deposit and final payments are only possible by bank transfer to a bank in Zurich. Bank details will be provided and the reservation will be confirmed after the deposit payment has been made. A deposit of 50% is required if the booking is made more than 30 days before your intended arrival date. The full payment is required if your arrival date is within 30 days.
A lift provides access from the parking space inside the building and there is a separate access at street level, one floor above the apartment, providing short walking distances to a bank, pharmacy, cafe, post office, supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. The private roof terrace above the 5th floor can be used by guests and provides a magnificent panoramic view over the lake and surrounding mountains.
The train station (and local tourist office) and the passenger ferry terminal are close by and offer a wide variety of excursion possibilities. A car is not essential.
The apartment benefits from its proximity to the railway station, which is within a short walking distance (150 metres) of the entrance to the apartment on the ground floor and the lift.
This means that guests can arrive by train.
It is possible to enjoy excursions by train and ferry boat without the need to have a car.
There is a separate entrance on the 5th floor and a Post Office, Pharmacy, Supermarket and Bank ATM are all within one or two minutes walking distance.

This was a lovely place to spend 3 days in the Lake Geneva area of Switzerland. It was very comfortable for 3 of us, and bright and airy as advertised. Nicely furnished, too, with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the terrace overlooking Lake Geneva, for morning coffee and an evening glass of wine.
Le Bouveret is a good base of operations for exploring the Lake Geneva area. We used the atmospheric paddle steamer boat to visit Montreux and Chillon, and had all our dinners at restaurants along the Lake Geneva waterfront, so we didn’t need to use the car much. We found the local Tourist Bureau to be extremely helpful in making our plans.

As others have mentioned, the garage space is tight, so a smaller car is recommended. Our VW Passat fit into the space, but it was helpful to have a spotter while parking the car.
Stayed for a week and enjoyed it tremendously. The apartment has all the amenities and is as advertised. Mr. Morse was always very helpful and understanding accepting also to buy us a second fan because of the extraordinary heat. He even left us some beer and biscuits for our arrival! Madame Probst the lady who handed us the keys was also very nice and on time both for checking in and checking out. The area Bouveret is quite central and we managed to visit quite a few places whilst there. The only downside was the small parking space in the garage but this was also because I was driving a large car ! Would not hesitate to return and recommend it to anyone! The views of the lake and the mountains from the verandah are astonishing. Used to love a glass of wine late in the evening watching people jog or walk the dog.
Everything is done (booking etc.) very professionally and we wish to thank Mr. Morse for his kindness and understanding.

Le Bouveret is an enchanting Valaisan village famous for its lakeside restaurants, bars and walks as well as the Swiss Vapeur Park (model train paradise) and Aqua Park. Water sports include sailing, windsurfing, water-skiing and rowing. Passenger ferries ply across the lake to a wide variety of interesting locations including Vevey, Montreux and Chateau de Chillon. Villars, Verbier, Zermatt and Chamonix (Mt. Blanc) are all within driving distance or by train excursion. Signposted discovery trails guide hikers and cyclists along numerous valley and mountain paths. In winter it is possible to reach ski resorts in Portes du Soleil (France and Switzerland) and long weekends or short breaks of 4 days are possible from January to April.

Towels are provided for use in the apartment. Security Deposit is paid on arrival.
Tourist tax not included. Rates are: Adults CHF 1.80 per night and Children (6 to 15 years of age) CHF 0.90 per night.
Maximum occupancy is 4 persons (including children). Children must be age 6 years or older.
Check-in at 16.00 hours. Check-out before 10.00 hours.
Booking must be made at least one week in advance of arrival so that the bank transfer can be made to secure the booking. Guests are responsible for the bank transfer charges including 3rd party banking charges.
Please note that the maximum period of stay is 21 days.
