We have stayed in this complex before, Hidden Beach Villas. The whole complex appears to be the same layout of efficiency units. There is a murphy bed off the wall (also a pull out couch which we didn't sleep on) a decent kitchen, nice bathroom. This unit was clean, good AC and appliances etc. The TV was nuisance because the channel line up doesn't match the actual TV, anyway frustrating but we didn't go there to sit around and watch TV. There is a nice pool and patio area in the center of the complex, and there a re a couple washers and dryers in that central building as well. The location is great, right across form the Pelayo Beach Access, a nice boardwalk with a shower hose and benches to clean off after a day at the beach. Overall a great place for a couple to stay, but might be a little tight with a couple kids on the pullout couch. Very convenient to Seaside, Seagrove just 4 minutes by car. Then if you head east there a re plenty of little villages with restaurants, shopping and beaches. Like The Hub, Alys and Rosemary Beach, Great places to eat are Shades Grill, the Donut Hole (not Donut hut). Also great to take a ride west on 30a towards Mirmar Beach, outlet malls on places to eat on the beach. We really love the area, and this condo is a super convenient place to stay at Seaside.
