Located on the top floor of a stately building, this property is optimally located and offers stunning views on the city.

Half a floor walk-up is necessary to get to the elevator and then one floor and half walk-up is again needed to access the 7th floor where the apartment is located (as the lift stops on the 5th floor).

The apartment was recently redecorated by the owner with high range furniture.

The apartment is modern, very quiet, large (120m²) and in a very nice neighbourhood.

Its open floor plan and artful decoration maximize the impact of its impressive views.

The apartment consists of two bedroom suites with bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub.

The second bedroom has two single beds (which can be made up as a queen), and an ensuite bathroom shower.

The bedrooms are equipped with a portable A/C for the warm summer days.

Two separate half-bathrooms are available at both ends of the hallway.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils. There is also a separate laundry room in the hallway with a washer and dryer usable at your convenience.

Suitability: unsuitable for elderly people & children under 8. Smoking is not permitted. Wheelchair inaccessible. Monthly rentals welcome.

Outstanding!

The apartment was spacious with 36o degree views of Paris. The floor plan works wonderfully for a family or couples.

The location has easy access to the Metro and is an easy walk to all of the Left Bank and Right Bank. The bakery at the corner is wonderful and the sandwiches not to be missed. This is a five star property!

Paul Barraud was our rental agent- he is charming and kind and went above and beyond in making sure our stay was pleasant and everything was in working order.

I am a frequent traveler to Paris over the last 30 years- this property was the most conducive location and accommodation for sites, food , gardens and transportation plus it is quiet! Grab a sandwich at the corner or Gerard Mulot and spend the morning in the Jardin de Luxembourg. Paris does not get any better!

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location.

This is great place to use as your home base to explore Paris. It is lovely layout, well-maintained and very spacious for 2 couples. Within easy access to the Metro and shops there is so much to do you will never be able to fit it all in!

Awesome apartment in a great location!

We stayed at this apartment in the end of December with my husband and two teenaged daughters. It was clean, the layout was great and the neighborhood was centrally located. In fact, because the weather was so beautiful the week we were there, we walked all over central Paris from this location. I would definitely rent it again.

Lovely, sunny flat in great location

The flat was the perfect base for exploring the city -- lovely, with views of Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower, and in a great location. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect apartment, location, agency.

Everything about this apartment not only met our expectations but exceeded them. The apartment was large, beautifully appointed, well maintained and in a perfect location. Lyazat and Paul at GLAMAPARIS responded to our requests and needs both before and during our stay in a prompt and professional manner, including a minor water leak that was attended to in less than 30 minutes. We will definately request this property the next time we visit Paris and if it is unavailable we will surely be dealing with the folks at GLAMAPARIS.

Perfect apartment in St Germain

We had a wonderful stay in this rooftop apartment that was perfectly located to take advantage of all that the St Germain area has to offer. We took our 75 year old parents and the 4 of us were very very comfortable! The kitchen was perfectly equipped for eating in as we desired. Paul was fabulous meeting us, going over everything and making himself available if we needed. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to this beautiful city!

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and seasons.

Our rates include linens, towels & a final cleaning at the end of your stay.

Payment by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions. 2.5% for Visas, 3.5% for AMEX

Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night (except for children under 18)

For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins (any day after 7pm), Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50 €. fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.

The adjoining bathroom has a shower. The decor is sophisticated yet relaxed.
