This very spacious one bedroom apartment is located on a street right behind the Champs Elysées Avenue. It is on the 4th floor of a brand new modern building guarded around the clock by a security guard. The apartment is air conditioned and accessible by elevator. It consists of a large bedroom with a queen bed, 1.5 bathrooms, and a large living room with dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, & Nespresso coffee machine. The washer, and dryer are in the separate laundry room right after the kitchen. The decor is elegant & inviting with contemporary furniture that will offer you all the comfort needed to relax atfer a long day of sightseeing.

A sofa bed is available in order to welcome a 3rd guest.

Super recomendable!! Very good apartment.

The apartment is great and is as good as in the photos. I was received by samia and she show me how it works everything.

Its big and confortable. It is situated just 2/3 blocks from champs elysees.

You got supermarket and restaurants a few blocks form it.

Thanks and next time i'll go to paris i will return to this apartment.

outstanding property and location

An amazingly large and well-equipped apartment in a prime location. Everything worked well, and considering the typical size of Paris rentals, a real bargain. Excellent service by the rental agency. I heartily recommend this unit.

Great apartment in the 8th

The apartment is large, with one full and a half bath. It is nicely furnished with very good Metro access to everywhere in Paris. While there are few food markets in the 8th, the Metro lets you quickly get to the 7th or 15th for their markets. Also, you are on the edge of 17th, which is much more residential and less touristic than the 8th. The only downside is the employee exit of the Lido is very close, but if the electric blinds are closed at night, the sound of employees leaving late at night much reduced such that they did not awaken us.

Many good nearby restaurants.

An absolute jewel!!

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Paris - on arrival was met by Tanguy and felt completely at home - the space itself is BIG! The main room was so spacious and very comfortably furnished - the kitchen was also decked out with all you needed and more - the bed was so comfortable and the walk in robe was so good as we stayed for 6 nights for a month stay in France and was great to have the space to sort all our luggage out - your view is limited to the next apartment across the road but there is a tiny park on the corner that is just lovely - but to top it off the location is insanely good for champs élysées indulging - everything at your doorstep - we loved it!! Have recommended to all our travelling friends.

Excellent. Pefect customer Service

The property is very well-maintened and was propely clean at our arrival. We found all the amenities listed. Both owner and manager provided an excellent service,. Manager service was outstanding. Customers need to beware that because of having Lido as neighbour, sometimes the location maybe somewaht noisy. We stongly recommend Penati al Baretto close Italian Restaurant at 6 Rue Balzac-

Amazing all around experience!!

From the 1st email I sent to Samia regarding this apt she was so easy and accomodating to deal with. The apt's location was fabulous as was the concierge downstairs. I booked this apt 2 days before my arrival and Samia ensured everything went off without a hitch, making arrangements to even let me check-in early in the day. The entire apt was a most enjoyable experience especially the kitchen, and separate laundry room. plenty of towels comfy bed and free calls to US a definite plus. I intend on renting this apt again in March if still available (i do everything last minute) and if not I trust Samia, Alex and the whole Glamaparis team to find me something equally as wonderful! They even let me extend my stay with no problem! Thank You and can't wait to come back.

Stay tax €1 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the manager upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 18 years.

All of our rates are weekly rates which means the price remains the same whether for 5 or 7 nights.
We however do offer some special rates for shorter stays depending on calendars and seasons.

Our rates include linens, towels & a final cleaning at the end of your stay.

Payment by credit card (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD), cash, and wire transfer. Minor fees apply to credit card transactions. 2.5% for Visas, 3.5% for AMEX

Since 2015, a tourist tax of 0,83 € is charged per guest & per night.

An extra 100 € fee will apply for the third person using the sofa bed.

For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.

A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins (any day after 7pm), Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50 €. fee. After 10 pm, this fee increases to 75 €.
Wifi, international calling, cable TV, and final cleaning are included in the rate.
