The 28 acre, private community hosts an indoor heated pool & spa open, year-round, 1300ft sand beach, 3 tennis courts, a volley-ball court, lakefront gazebo on the point with panoramic views and direct access to snowmobiling on 4th Lake and Trail #5. The town of Inlet, NY is a 0.5 mile walk, on a paved sidewalk from our property. There you will find a beautiful park, grocery store, hardware store, gift shops, library, ice cream stand and much more! This is the perfect Family Resort.

Pool closed

Much of my visit was a desire to utilize the pool, which was not available. If I were property owner would be disappointed with the HOA not keeping up on the pool. Has been out since November. Was not offered a discount for partial amenities..
