2021 upgrade - New double sliding glass doors in living room! Located in the Carolina Dunes. Beautiful ocean views from the oversized balcony of this updated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom corner unit! You will feel right at home with granite countertops in its large open kitchen, flat screen TVs, full sized washer and dryer, spacious living room and a private balcony giving plenty of room for you and your guests to enjoy your Myrtle Beach vacation. Master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath, the second bedroom offers two queens, third bedroom with two twins and the living room has a sleeper sofa.

The Carolina Dunes is located in the prestigious Golden Mile section of Myrtle Beach, known for being centrally located to all the Myrtle Beach attractions, shopping, restaurants, entertainment and within walking distance of two restaurants, a bar and Starbucks! The Carolina Dunes also offers a Large outdoor pool and sunning deck with tables, umbrellas and chairs kiddie pool, courtyard, private walkway to the beach, outdoor showers, lobby, luggage carts, free wifi and onsite parking.

-This is a non smoking unit. Smoking permitted outside of condo.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Carolina Dunes for the month of March 2024 after having to cancel with another resort, and we're so glad we found this little piece of heaven! We absolutely loved it and will be staying there next February and March. It's a small report which we really liked because there wasn't so much noise as with other resorts. And SOOOO close to the beach. We hope to return there many years to come.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo needs a deep clean. Balcony and baseboards and other places were really dirty. Toilets were hard to flush. Furniture was very old. Air circulation was not good. The front bedroom was very cold, but as you go down the hall, the rooms are warmer. Especially the master. Floors, counters and beds were clean and we enjoyed ourselves. It was affordable and we had no issues. Great view of the ocean and easy to get to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is 100% honest. This is not a 5 star place. The furniture is way past due for replacement. The curtains in both the livingroom and master bedroom are outdated, dirty and falling down. The toilets do not have enough pressure to flush good. All of the pillows are flat and dirty when you take off the cases. Tney need replaced and need protectors on them. The pictures they have posted are not up to date. The location is good, right on the beach. I would not recommend and would not have paid what we did for the week if information was accurate.

As pictured

The condo was exactly as pictured and was clean upon check-in. The views from the balcony were wonderful. The access to the location was easy to find. The two major downsides were the lack of flushing power on both toilets, and the lack of cushioning/padding with the living room furniture. It was very uncomfortable. You had to flush the toilets multiple times for them to empty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was nice in this unit except for the water pressure in both toilets. It took many flushes just to flush down a little paper. I called and reported it and someone came by but it never solved the problem. The primary toilet was the worst. Other than that, the place is very nice
