This is a nearly new flat on the first floor of a luxury development. The flat comprises a bright and spacious lounge with a balcony; an open plan kitchen with black high gloss cabinets and granite resin worktop plus stainless steel appliances; a stone tiled bathroom; bedroom with built in cupboard. The building has communal gardens, a lift, and a secure bike store. Parking space is available on the road.
The hall, living room and kitchen have oak strip flooring. There are French doors on to the balcony. Kitchen appliances include an integrated fridge / freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a ceramic hob with an extract hood and an electrical oven.
The bedroom is carpeted and has a built in wardrobe with mirrored doors.
The bathroom is tiled, and has a full size bath with a luxury twin jet shower, a WC and basin
The apartment well located in a quiet road, but close to the centre of Queens Park. It is more or less opposite a small park, where there is a children’s play area. It is also close to a much larger and very nice park called Paddington Recreation Ground, where there are facilities for tennis, running and free gym equipment. There are areas for children's play, and for wildlife.
Also nearby there is a sports centre where you can get a free day pass (see http://www.nuffieldhealth.com/Individuals/Community-Fitness/J/Jubilee-Sports-Centre---/)
Finally, you have central London very close by. The apartment is less than 3 miles from Marble Arch and Oxford Street. You could walk there, or get there in less than 20 minutes by train.

Hace 48 horas acabamos de llegar de nuestras vacaciones y no tenemos mas que cosas maravillosas que decir acerca de esta propiedad. El lugar en donde se emplaza es un barrio tranquilísimo de la ciudad de Londres. Se encuentra muy bien ubicado ya que en 10 minutos uno puede llegar al centro mismo de la ciudad y disfrutar de sus paseos de compras.
En relación al departamento en sí, podemos decir que el mismo se encontraba en estado impecable. El mobiliario y todos los enseres eran modernísimos y estaban en un perfecto estado de conservación.
Queremos a Peter su dueño y comunicarle que no dudaremos en recomendarlo a nuestros familiares y amigos que deseen visitar Londres
We had a great stay in this apartment (1 week). We were traveling with our 3 kids and found it was safe, within good proximity to the tube station and had modern facilities. Clean, great bathroom and kitchen facilities, just like the photos. A very quiet and restful area!!! I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Communication with Peter the owner was prompt and ample information was found inside the apartment. Local shops were close by, great Indian restaurant (Queens) on the high street and lively pub. The only negative thing I would say is that the linen for the beds and the pillows need attention.
We rented from Peter this flat during our 2015 visit to London. Good location, for catching the tube and buses to Central London. The accommodation was very comfortable.
We had misplaced our keys to the apartment and Peter came through almost immediately
in meeting us with an extra pair of keys! We appreciate his effort and saving our trip.
Very nice apartment. Peter was a wonderful host he makes everyting soooo easy. Check in and out no problem. I had an issue with lenght of stay and Peter took care of me. Beds very comfortable. A little outside of downtown but probably the better because it was so quiet. Slept with the windows open and little noise. Would use this apartment again
Great place to stay!!
First of all, the area to improve – from my point of view, of course. We were four, we slept well, but the king-sized bed where my wife and I slept sunk a little bit, whereas the sofa and the sleeping pad my sons used were fine.
Everything else was great. The kitchen was marvellous, the heating system worked really well, internet provided zero problems, just as any other aspect of the apartment. As for Peter Scott, his arrangements have straight A's in everything. I will come back if I may.
As for the area, it is simply cosy and beautiful. Everything is at hand: subway (Queen's park or Kilburn Park), bus (line 6 gets to the very core), shops and supermarkets (Sainsbury's...). There's even a shuttle service just opposite Queen's Park station, with reasonable fares.

Empiezo por la parte que desde mi punto de vista se puede mejorar: éramos cuatro personas; mi mujer y yo dormíamos en la cama de matrimonio, que para mi gusto se hundía un poco, y mis hijos uno en el sofá y otro en unas colchonetas; pero dormíamos bién.
Lo demás todo estupendo y muy bien equipado, una cocina a tope, la calefacción funcionando de maravilla, internet sin problemas y otros detalles de prestigio y confort, lo dicho, muy bien equipado. Y la atención prestada por Peter Scott, sobresaliente. Si puedo volver, repito.
Otro aspecto: el barrio es una guapada por lo tranquilo y bonito que es, además de tenerlo todo cerca, metro (Queen´s park o Kilburn Park), bus ( el 6 te lleva hasta el mismo centro), tiendas o supermercado (ej: Sainsbury´s). En frente de la parada de metro de Queen´s Park hay incluso un servicio de transporte para llevarte al aeropuerto o a donde necesites por muy buen precio.

Located in the fashionable area of Queens Park, and on the borders of Maida Vale, this is a popular part of London with a fine selection of boutique stores, local shops, wine bars, cafes, restaurants, health clubs – as well as sensible day to day shopping facilities. It is within walking distance of Little Venice and the Grand Union Canal, with boat trips available through Regents Park (past London Zoo) and other parts of London. Lords Cricket Ground, Notting Hill (with the famous Portobello market) and many other well known London landmarks are also within walking distance. The property is very close to the nearest train stations (London Transport zone 2) and a 15 minute train ride to central London. Journeys to Heathrow airport take about 35 minutes via the 'Express' train.
