Views of the Gulf waters from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony makes this 1,400 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bath on the second floor a colorful getaway, comfortably outfitted for your vacation needs with a huge HDTV and fine linens.

Fully appointed kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Disappointment
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were told upon arrival (not before when they called to say unit was ready) that pool was not available to use, a big reason why we choose to stay here year after year. Then the smaller pool was also not available to use the last night of our stay due to a party. No offer of a discount or even an apology when I called the front desk, but the offer of we still had the indoor pool to use. That’s not quite the same when you’re on an oceanfront property with 3 pools to choose from for a reason. Ice maker was broken so bagged ice was delivered - inconvenient but nice to offer. Dryer has seen better days and could be replaced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was clean and beautifully refurbished. The only issue was that the kitchen was not stocked well with utensils. There were no sharp cutting knives at all as well as other helpful tools such as a peeler or steak knives. Also, the dryer was rusted on the outside as well as inside the door. The porch furniture chair seats were split and in need of repair.
