Good location but house a bit tired

We enjoyed our stay but the house needs some work. Sliding doors wouldn’t open in some of the rooms, walls were dirty and needed some paint, light bulbs burnt out in the bathrooms (but were quickly replaced when we called), the pool table is in terrible condition, and a few other areas they need work. It is on the beach and we were happy to spend time together as a family but I wouldn’t rent this house again. The management company was great and I would rent from them again. Just not this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great,roomy house. Needs some updates. Microwave handle broken, tv in one bedroom unusable. It was on the floor with plug on dresser. Otherwise, the house was ample, comfortable.

Nice place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice, very large, reasonably priced beachfront home. Well stocked kitchen, 2 fridges and 2 kitchen sinks! I'd give the place a B+, could easily be an A+ with a few updates here and there and if the furniture in the patio enclosures were cleaned off before arrival (quite a bit of long standing grime on the plastic).
