This lovely farmhouse was built in 1895 and sits right on the West Kill river on 4.5 acres of land. It is located a straight 10 minutes to Hunter Mountain, 15 minutes to Windham Mountain and 25 minutes to Belleayre Mountain. It is also 12 minutes to quaint Tannersville for gourmet restaurants and shops.

This 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home is brand new to the rental market, however, owners are quite experienced in the rental business with their Windham summer and winter rental (4022550) & their Hampton's summer rental on homeaway since 2012.

This house has a beautiful front porch to watch the world go round and have your morning coffee or after dinner drink and has breathtaking mountain views.

Enjoy a large family dining room and chef's kitchen. Cozy up to the large fireplace for those cold winter nights in the living room. Enjoy the large deck right off the living room/kitchen area just sitting and enjoying the peacefulness or have dinner alfresco style on the deck under the stars.

For the summer (Memorial Day- Labor Day), there is an in ground pool with a barn/cabana. Also, a beautiful stream right behind the house for swimming and trout fishing. There are fruit trees around the property for our guests enjoyment. If you enjoy hiking, we are located minutes from gorgeous waterfalls and hiking trails.

Laundry room is on the ground floor.

Plenty of space and then more

  • 4 of 5

We had an incredible time. The house had everything you could need and more. We had a group of three families with five kids, and had more than enough room to spread out. All the girls loved sleeping in the bedroom with the two double beds and trundle bed. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was plenty of seating in family room and dining areas. The beds were also quite comfortable. The only suggestion I would have was to note that the sign out in the front of the house states Bay Bridge Farm as the place was difficult to find in the dark since we arrived at night (many of the buildings did not have visible numbers).

Awesome!

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely loved renting this house, and wished it was my own! Very comfortable and most of all, very roomy! Myself and 11 other people stayed in this house for almost a week, and we did not feel cramped at all. My favorite part about staying here was the river in the backyard- a great view and was so much fun to explore! Next time I plan a vacation in this area, I will definitely try to book this house again!

Beautiful Farmhouse, perfect setting!

  • 5 of 5

What a beautiful home and grounds for a wonderful weekend! The stream that runs behind the house is awesome, just open any of the doors and you could hear the sound of the rushing water, such a pleasure to be there with our family enjoying the property and the country home. Jessica, the owner was very easy to work with, an absolute pleasure! The kitchen and living room area was a Grand area for our family of 12 to gather, comfortable seating for all and then some. Furnishings and decor all over the house is perfect, beds are comfortable and pillows too! Old World Charm in a great location, we are looking forward to going back in the spring.

The barns on the property were unbelievable, family hangout area was awesome but just looking at the old farm equipment in each of the barns was amazing, can’t say enough great things about this property!

Absolutely Amazing!!!!

  • 5 of 5

Absolutely amazing place. The house was so charming and had lots of character. It is also huge and has a wonderful layout so you can either stay all together and hang out or spread out if you need a little quiet time. The kitchen was great to cook in, it was fully stocked with kitchen utensils and equipment. The living room was also huge and connected to the kitchen so I wasn’t out of the loop with my family while I was cooking. While laying in bed we opened the door to the balcony and could hear the sounds of the river right behind the house, it was very relaxing. The barns are also huge with a place for the kids (or adults) to hang out and play games. They were there all weekend and exploring the large property. Can’t say enough good things. The house was very clean and had all the conveniences of home. The owners were great and very responsive when we had a question. Wish I didn’t have to leave.
