Palm Springs Air Museum
The Palm Springs Air Museum is a living history museum dedicated to educating the public about the role Air Power played in preserving American liberties and way of life. Home to one of the largest collections of flyable World War II aircraft the Museum preserves, exhibits, and aircraft from World War II, Korea, and the Vietnam Wars. Many of the docents are veterans and very willing to share their flying experiences and the air-conditioned hangars have no ropes to keep you from interacting with the exhibits.
