In La Carihuela, in a unique quality environment, clean, quiet to enjoy relaxing.

The complex is private with a certain charm, the community pool is salt water. it is usually empty being the beach so close, which just 150 meters from the beach of Carihuela.

The area has the best restaurants and bars on the Costa del Sol.

The house has two floors, with air conditioning and heating in all rooms.

No car is needed, but parking is available (not included, affordable, please ask). Fully equipped.Fast Wifi Fibre, and international TV channels.

The beds and sofas are comfortable and of quality. There is a balcony in the main room from where you can see the sea. There is also a patio on the ground floor that is accessed from the living room.

100% cotton towels and sheets are provided.

There are banks, shops, supermarkets (200 meters), medical center etc in the immediate vicinity

We have good public transport:

-The bus stop is just outside the entrance to the urbanization. Buses to Malaga, Marbella, Torremolinos centre, Fuengirola, Mijas, Benalmádena . are frequent, and inexpensive.

-The commuter train is 10 minutes away on foot, trains are frequent and go to Malaga, airport and Fuengirola

- Malaga airport 10 minutes by car / taxi. 30 euros

Well situated but inventory could easily be improved

We liked our stay in Martha's house and she was very nice although she might answer short important questions more rapidly. The inventory needs improvement, including cutlery, which is not a difficult problem to take care of. We had some misunderstandings regarding parking space for our car but solved that with some extra payments. Bottom line we left the house with good feelings.

Owner's Response: Dear Jón, We strive to respond as soon as we an answer to requests.We would have greatly appreciated that you told us about the cutlery while you were here as we are trying to figure out what the issue with the cutlery is, and we could have dealt with it straightaway. However, you prefered to keep it quiet and write it on the review. As per parking, it is clearly indicated on the ad that there is an extra for it, as it has to be hired from a neighbour.Finally, We accommodated your demands for your reservation, although as we didn't have to, but still went the extra mile and we have still rated you highly.We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay.Thanks

Calm quiet oasis in gated community

We like the area where this town house is located 5 minutes from the beach. From there you can walk along the coast to Benalmadena or the other way to Torremolinos. There is a patio which catches the sun and is private. FRom the main bedroom you can view the sea in the distance. The train from the airport stops at Montemar station and is a 10 minute walk to the town house. Best of all Martha can help with any questions you have on transport or restaurants in La Carihuela. MOst enjoyable stay.

Comfortable well equipped and roomy appartment. Great location - peaceful and 3 minute walk to beach , 5 mins walk to big supermarket. Martha very helpful

Great holiday

Nice holiday home in quiet residential area close to everything. Great for couples as we were and families alike. We really enjoyed our stay most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The patio is a suntrap and the balcony in the main bedroom was a great addition. The air conditioning a welcome extra as it was very hot when we were there. A good holiday was had by all.

Lovely stay

We were met by Martha who was very polite, showed us around the house and answered any questions. Quite area but very close to everything going on. House was very clean and tidy with everything you need for a holiday stay. Pool area very small but great to have somewhere to go for a cool down at the end of the day. Great time had by my husband and I.

Lovely house in great location

We have just returned from a ten day stay in this property which is in a great location - just a few minutes walk to the lovely beaches in La Carihuela and to the Mercadona supermarket. The house is as described and was ideal for us. The patio is great. The complex is well maintained and the flowers are beautiful.

Mar met us at the complex on arrival and took us around the house. She is very helpful and available to deal with any problems.

Would stay here again.
