Lovely small cottage in a wooded area, but not far from town

  • 5 of 5

We loved this little place. It had everything we needed -- including breakfast the first morning. I would recommend it to anyone who is of normal height. My only caveat is if you're very tall, it may not be for you. The ceilings are low.

Just lovely!

We spent a perfect fall weekend here. The cottage was very clean and cozy. The farm-fresh breakfast waiting in the fridge was such a lovely surprise too! We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Many many thanks :)

A Perfect Quiet Country Retreat

  • 5 of 5

I had a writing deadline, and I wanted a quiet place with access to nature. This was it!

It is a very sweet spot -- nestled in tall trees in a quiet rural neighborhood. Lots of hiking trails, and nice walking all around. Leslie was fantastic -- even providing my dog with bowls and me with fresh flowers for our visit. When the weather turned cold suddenly and I needed heat, she had it turned on for me within an hour.

I got lots accomplished, had a relaxed stay, enjoyed the area, and had everything I needed at my disposal. Including a well-stocked kitchen for cooking. I would definitely stay here again.

Cannot say enough good things about this wonderful cottage.

Perfect Mother Daughter Weekend

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time at this cottage for our Mother/Daughter annual fall get-away. The cottage is very comfortable and clean. The next day we were going to the elephant flea market and the owner had directions ready for us. We would definitely return.

A Dream Stay

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I stayed at the cottage over a long weekend for our anniversary and my 30ty birthday. It was a gorgeous drive and and perfect location if you want to check out the near by towns.

One of my favorite parts was the sweet little breakfast in the fridge. The owners provided two free range eggs, two pieces of fresh bread, granola, and milk. We loved it! The place is clean, quiet, easy, and just perfect for a romantic weekend. Really a dream stay. I'd recomend this place to my closest friends and family and anyone else looking for a memorable getaway.

Thank you so much!
