About Anne Hickman, Property Manager Bee Gee's Coastal Quarters

Retired from public education in 2009. I have been a Port Aransas resident since the late 70's, so I know the island and its fun and funky offerings. We are lucky to have such a beautiful beach at our front door.

Nearing retirement from public schools, I wanted to downsize my personal space while taking advantage of the love and knowledge I have with regard to Port Aransas to enter a new era in my life. This property offered the perfect environment for me to live and work and offer a great space to my guests and friends.

What makes this condo unique

Four unique units, 2 one bedrooms, and 2 two bedrooms, I have decorated each one in the theme of a saltwater fish. We have a pet friendly property with a fully fenced yard in the front, quiet covered patios and lots of outdoor, parking spaces. Each condo is fully furnished and appointed with everything needed to make our guests feel at home.

Great for pets!

We had a great time in Port Aransas, and were very comfortable in the house we rented from Miss Bee Gee. It was nice to be able to take our dogs, and the fenced in yard was perfect for them! It was a nice surprise that there were so many conveniences in the house, made us feel right at home! We would love to come back. Thanks so much!

We had a great time in Port A. The house rented from BeeGee was perfect for us. Plenty of room, fully stocked and very clean. BeeGee is a wonderful hostess - very helpful and friendly.

Great weekend at Red Fish!!

As an employee of VRBO/HomeAway I was very excited to rent a property in Port Aransas. Billie over delivered on her Red Fish rental.

We had an awesome weekend. The rental was super clean, had a lot of pots and pans as well as kitchen utensils. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless. Billie was easy to get a hold of when we were trying to find the community pool and gave us some good dog friendly restaurants near by. There was a great fenced in yard for our dog and the was enough room on the back porch to take the top off my jeep when we went to the beach.

I would highly recommend staying at any of Billies rentals. She's a pro at managing her vacation rentals and she makes sure you are taken care of.

We are already planning our next trip to Port A! :)

Owner's Response: It is wonderful to be able to gush about a guest! This group of fun loving Austin ladies had some fun in the sun and were the best, most cooperative guests I could ask for. Even their cute doggie was a model citizen and stole the show in our fenced dog park! I am counting on their return soon and often.

I would have like to stay longer

Redfish is super. Large fenced in yard so our dog could play, bark and sniff around without having to take him for a walk every half hour. The beautiful Port Aransas beach is just 7 minute walk or 1 minute ride. Bee Gee was busy all winter with replacing the roof, windows and air conditioners. It has a full kitchen, pantry and "sharp knives". We are home bodies so we bought the local fish and shell fish and ate at home mostly. The two bedroom are good size both have a full bathroom with a half bathroom downstairs off the hallway Anything that breaks or needs to be replaced is handled immediately. Bee Gee is as busy as a Bee with her business right next door so you can generally find her if you need to ask something. She is proud Texan and can tell you a lot about the area. And she and her entire family are fishermen so any questions there are gladly answered. The washer and dryer are in a small room off the living room which makes life there so convenient. You won't go wrong renting for a weekend, week or months.
