Spacious penthouse apartment large balconies and pool. This is a fantastic penthouse apartment in the heart of Nazare that is a walking distance to all the local amenities and beaches. The apartment comprises of 3 bedrooms, one en-suite with double bed and balcony and the other two bedrooms are equipped with single beds and also have access to the balcony. The main living dining area is open planned and has been recently furnished to a high standard. In the living area there are two large sofas, flat screen TV and DVD and in the dining area there is a dining table to seat 6. The modern kitchen is fitted with all the latest appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and gas hob. The apartment is also fitted with a central vacuum system and a central surround sound system. The main bathroom has a bath and overhead shower unit. The apartment also has good access to the sun roof terrace with pool that has with amazing views over Nazare and the local coastline.

The place has a wonderful beach view.

Enjoy our stay in Nazare. The apartment has great views of the beach Perfect spot to stay and enjoy your holidays. The streets are a bit treacky for driving. The apartment took us a bit of time to find it was nice that it came with a parking space

October stay

We lived this condo, and the views were spectacular! The lady who checked us in was very kind. The beds were comfortable, it was spacious, and in a good location. We loved it! Due to it being "off season", the Internet had already been disconnected, and although the lady tried to get it for us, she was unable to, since it was the weekend. We went to a local cafe, though.

A great base for exploring central-Atlantic Portugal

My wife and sister-in-law and I stayed here for four nights, as part of a twelve-day trip to Portugal. We used it as a base to enjoy the town itself, as well as for day trips to the “surrounding” area (which included a marathon 750 km day trip that included Aveiro, Porto and the Douro Valley). Our marathon road trip gave us a flavour of what to expect for future trips to those areas, but there is tons to do in towns within about an hour or so of Nazare including Coimbra, Obidos, Tomar and so on, so this is a really good base. It wouldn’t be a bad place to just hang around and chill either.

The apartment was bigger than we required and would easily accommodate three couples or a similar combination of people. There are two large balconies and the rooms are a decent size. There are all the mod-cons other than a clothes dryer, but about half an hour on the balcony in a Nazare breeze should dry just about anything! Everything was in good shape except that some of the external blinds need repair and the shower controls were designed by someone who thought that style was more important than intuitive learnability. You just have to figure them out and be careful when using them. The parking spots were handy to the garage entrance for anyone who’s nervous with the tight spaces in a lot of European underground garages.

With an awesome view over the town and the beach, maybe two minutes’ walk to the nearest cafe (of which there are plenty), but on a quiet residential street, this was a great place to stay. It was the perfect blend of being really close to everything one would want to do (both by foot and by car) without being subjected to any of the street noise that can often be hard to avoid in a lot of flats.

Großzügige Wohnung , gut eingerichtet, sagenhafter Blick

Tolle Wohnung in neuem Appartmentgebäude. Pool rel. klein aber gut gepflegt mit noch besserem Blick. Einrichtung geschmackvoll aber teilweise (durch die schnellen Übergaben in der Saison) nicht so gut gepflegt (Sofakissen zerfetzt), Rolladen, Türen z.T. defekt, u.a. ein alter Plastiktisch auf dem Balkon.

Küche komplett mit allem was man braucht, auch Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, großer Gefrierschrank etc.

großer Balkon mit Blickrichtung Klippen und Meer - sehr großzügig.


Insgesamt sauber mit einigen kleinen Abstrichen, die man aber selber erledigen kann.

Betreuung hat gut geklappt; pünktlich und hilfreich kleinere Mängel zu beseitigen.

Geschmackvoll und gepflegt mit bester Aussicht

Wir haben uns SEHR WOHL gefühlt. Wohnung ist für sechs Personen ausgestattet. Es ist zu empfehlen, kurz VOR der Anreise bereits den Kontakt zur Vermieterin (spricht natürlich englisch) aufzunehmen und ihr möglichst genau mitzuteilen, wann man ankommen wird bzw. die Schlüsselübergabe zu vereinbaren, da sie von außerhalb kommt und man sonst eine halbe Stunde warten muss. Die sehr nette Vermieterin ist über Handy zu erreichen, Nummer gibt es mit der Buchungsbestätigung.

Lage: Keine 5 Minuten zum Strand (zu Fuß), durch eine kleine Gasse und über einen kleinen Marktplatz mit einigen Kneipen und Restaurants, Bäcker, Pizzeria und Shops. Durch die Lage am Hang ergibt sich ein freier Blick auf Strand und Meer (Richtung Abendsonne). Sehr ruhige Straße (Einbahnstraße) mit zwei- und dreistöckiger Bebauung (keine Hotels oder Gewerbe).

Wohnung: Mehrfamilienhaus, alle Wohnungen in Privatbesitz, mit abgeschlossenem Innenhof und Tiefgarage. Wohnung mit drei getrennten Schlafzimmern, davon eins mit "eigenem" Duschbad. Alle Schlafzimmer nach Osten ausgerichtet mit Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen Balkon, alle Räume klimatisiert. Betten bequem, Bettzeug sauber und nicht sehr alt. Zwei Handtücher pro Person werden wöchentlich gewechselt. Offene Küche mit Gasherd, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspühler, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank mit separatem Eisfach. Zweiter Balkon mit Zugang vom Wohnzimmer/Küche mit hervorragendem Ausblick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang. Zusätzliche Hausgemeinschafts-Dachterrasse mit Zugang vom Treppenhaus mit Sonnenliegen, Pool und Windschutz. Hier ist der Ausblick sogar noch besser. Der Fernseher in der Wohnung ist klein und empfängt nur vier nationale Programme - für uns war das aber nicht relevant :-)

Umgebung: Kilometerlange, leere Sandstrände Richtung Norden und Süden, schönes Hinterland und sehr gute Anbindung an die Autobahn nach Lissabon und Porto. Viele Ausflugmöglichkeiten, wenn man ein Auto hat. In Nazaré gibt es eine Vielzahl wirklich guter Restaurants.

Komfortable Wohnung mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung hat zwei sehr schöne Terrassen mit Meerblick und ist zentral gelegen.Ausserdem hat sie eine Garage mit 2 Stellplätzen. Es könnten ein paar Sachen ausgetauscht werden wie zum Beispiel die Klopapierständer weil sie große braune Rostflecken aufweisen. Die Küche hat keinen Wasserkocher und es fehlt ein kleiner Topf für Milch ect.

Nazare is one of the top tourist locations in the silver coast of Portugal. It is a bustling fishing town with plenty to see and do. The long promenade along the sandy beach stretches over 1 km and is dotted with many authentic bars, cafes and restaurants as well as a variety of boutique shops selling crystals, lace and other local merchandise. There is also a great night life for those who are looking for fun and excitement. Nazare can also be enjoyed by those looking to experience culture and the traditional Portuguese way of life plus visit some of the best cultural site in Portugal, including Alocbaca monastery, Batalha and Fatima cathedrals and the medieval castle of Obidos.
