This condominium unit features a new Memory Foam Queen size bed, a couch that turns into a full size bed. new 32 inch flat screen television with Blu Ray DVD Player (can watch Netflix online, Hulu, etc from wi-fi tv), wireless internet access, modern and updated bath, coffee maker, microwave, blender, a rice cooker/vegetable steamer, electric skillet and a sandwich/panini maker.

Islander on the Beach is located on the beautiful Coconut Coast of Kauai, on the edge of wonderful Kapa'a Town, one of the best areas on the island for shopping and restaurants. It is also located only ten minutes from the airport and is centrally located between the North Shore and its dramatic beaches, mountains and waterfalls and the South Shore with its additional shopping, restaurants and sunny beaches. There are numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance of your condo including the wonderful Coconut Marketplace. And outside your door? Your own sunny beach to enjoy when you are not out visiting the wonderful sites of Kauai.
Ready for some activities? Everything is close to the Coconut Coast including the wonderful new East Side Bike Path that eventually will lead from Lydgate Park to Kealia Beach. This ocean front bike and foot path provides miles of enjoyment for those who stroll or ride its broad path from one end of Kapa'a to the other.
On site at the Islander on the Beach enjoy a tropical pool with cabana bar, restaurant and gift shop as well as acres and acres of beautifully maintained grounds. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if cancelled at least 90 days prior to arrival. If less than 90 days and an extenuating circumstance occurs, guests may reschedule booking at no additional cost from 1-60 days prior to arrival depending on each individuals life emergency. We understand that life emergencies happen to anyone.

We fell in love with paradise and decided to own a vacation rental to let others enjoy the natural beauty and many activities the area offers. We manage the property ourselves and love sharing the warm aloha spirit with others.

I've returned to Kauai nearly every year since my first visit 17 years ago. The last 5 years I've stayed at various units at the Islander and always enjoy the convenient location. This unit has the best view of any we've been in for a great price. This is truly a ocean view, and I've loved opening my eyes in the morning and the first thing I see is the ocean. The owner is attentive, thoughtful and her care shows in the nice touches, the great communication, and we look forward to staying here again!
We enjoyed the unit, especially the view from the lanai. The overall size of the living area was a little tight, but the bathroom was quite large. The counter area for the bar sink was inadequate. Very hard to wash up the dishes after making a dinner. Plenty of dishes and utensils for two. Having a blender was a nice touch so we could make our own pina coladas as the bar at the hotel made awful drinks. The bar at the Beachboy served much better drinks, even at cheaper prices. I could see us returning to this unit in the future, but we like try different places, too.
We stayed at this beautiful place for couple days in May. This unit is very clean, comfortable bed, balcony with the view to the ocean, super cozy place. The pool and bar in your back yard, just a perfect location with farmers market next door. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back in the future. Thank you very much!
My wife and I had an wonderful experience in this condo. This place was very warmly decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was great with just about anything one would need to cook a meal. The resort itself is also very nice and centrally located in Kapa'a. Perhaps the best part is falling asleep to the sound of the ocean.
Lily was very available by phone with any questions we had and was very warm and friendly. The next time we travel to Kauai, we know where we want to stay!

We had a great stay. The room was right next to the Ocean and we took walks on the beach every night. We would definitely come back.
Lily Robinson was very responsive and a joy to deal with as my dream vacation to Kauai approached. The condo is well situated on the 3rd floor corner with sweeping views of the ocean and the beautifully landscaped grounds. I especially liked the sound of the ocean waves. It set the rhythm to a very relaxing stay. The condo is well equipped with many thoughtful touches. I took the cooler and beach chair to the beach for a picnic lunch. Very nice! Visitors should be aware there is no elevator and the Islander has no restaurant. The resort next door has an ocean-side restaurant where I ate breakfast and the fish shop to the right of the Islander entrance has pretty good food. Foodland supermarket is a short drive away. Easy access from the condo to the airport and other Kauai attractions. I would stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.

1. Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am. (Please be courteous and make sure to follow the rules especially with checking out.). Smoking is NOT allowed in the unit or within 20 feet of the building.
2. Treat our property as you would have others treat your property.
3. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
4. Clean up after yourself- Do NOT bring sand into the condo. There is an outside shower by the pool for rinsing off self and belongings (boogie boards, etc.)
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Ladies, please do not clean your makeup on the towels.
7. This unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
8. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
9. There will be a $25 charge if the key is lost. Please make sure to use the pink and blue keychains to secure the keys or use your own keychain.
10. Pets are NOT allowed.
11. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
