Off the kitchen is a spacious laundry and pantry area, with separate access for staff. As you move through the kitchen towards the beachfront, you enter a large multipurpose room that comprises a formal living room, dining room, and TV/family room. The entire western wall facing the ocean has full length, bi-folding French glass doors that open onto a fully covered patio of a similar size to the main room. Alongside the house is a shared, pool with Roman steps at one end. The pool is fully tiled in a dark cobalt blue color that keeps it exceptionally warm throughout the year. The grounds are well developed with mature trees and shrubbery and there are over a dozen coconut and other palms along the beachfront for shade. There is private beach access with shower and lounging/seating areas.
Brighton Beach itself, is a wide, calm beach ideally suited for all kinds of activity. The swimming and snorkeling are very good and you can jog or walk on uninterrupted beach for well over a kilometer in each direction.
The location is excellent for access to downtown, Warrens and the ABC Highway. 5-10 minute drive to most top restaurants on either the west coast or south coast. The property enjoys good breezes to keep cool and is an ideal family residential vacation spot.
