Photos and Description of this 2 bedroom holiday townhome in Durango - Pine Acres

Homey 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome with mountain views sleeps 6

Quiet townhome located 10 minutes from Durango and 10 minutes from Purgatory Resort. It is five minutes from Trimble Hot Springs.

The townhome is centrally located for you to branch out and explore all of the activities and beauty of Southwestern Colorado. The townhome is great for two couples traveling together or a family with kids. The upstairs and downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed and ensuite full baths. There is a futon in the living room that sleeps two as well.

The downstairs bedroom has a patio looking out at a tiered rock garden.

What a fun place to stay!!

  • 5 of 5

My best girlfriend and I took a quick trip to Durango to relax and unwind from our busy lifestyles. This little gem, north of town, was such a find. It is quiet, clean, well decorated, and easy to find from the main highway. We woke up to birds chirping and were able to see the train go by from the back porch. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. This place is highly recommended!!! Go visit...I will definitely be going back.

Fabulous art work! Home could use some updates.

Spectacular art collections grace walls and shelves! Home could use some updates especially in bathrooms. Upstairs tub not draining properly. Home was neat and clean.

Lovely place to stay - just outside of town in the rolling hills and the landscaping was beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay in Durango. This condo was very well equipped and had all the comforts of home. Durango is a lovely little town with many shops and restaurants. And the Durango/Silverton train ride is spectacular!!

Great. Clean. Easy to find. Close enough to everything made it desirable to want to stay again.

  • 5 of 5

The property was very clean. There were four adults staying at this rental, and it was perfect. The kitchen was a little small but that just meant we all didn't need have to chip in to fix meals! There was not one thing I could think of that we would need added or changed. I would recommend this place for anyone staying. The train does run behind the property, but never at night or too early in the morning. Actually enjoyed watching it go by. It wasn't too far from downtown, only took about 10-15 minutes to get to historical Durango. It was quite and a beautiful area.

Quaint Townhome

  • 4 of 5

The townhouse was beautiful. It had everything need for an enjoyable experience. It's a little ways out of town, but grocery store, movie theater, restaurant's were a reasonable distance to drive or bike. It's a very nice place.

Mesa Verde and Silverton are two of my favorite day trips. Mesa Verde National Park is about an hour away and features the ruins of the ancient Anasazi people. Silverton is an old mining town and is about an hour and a half away (depending on road conditions).
