Come stay in our updated 2 bedroom and 2 full baths, condo with breathe-taking views in this beach front condo that feels more like a villa on the beach. Our smoke-free unit is located directly on the beach with full western exposure providing plenty of afternoon sun on its spacious balcony. Relax and enjoy the sounds of the surf!

A patio dining table and chaise lounge chairs add extra comfort for the ultimate outdoor living experience. Did I mention you can see for miles into the Gulf of Mexico, and see down the north and south side of the beach? Picturesque sunsets, parasailer’s, and beach and boat traffic can all be viewed from our 2nd floor location. The community heated swimming pool is huge, the surrounding deck areas is spacious set with plenty of chaises and tables & chairs. Other amenities include a heated spa, cabana room, 2 Tennis Courts and ample parking is available.

The Master Suite has comfort in mind, includes a King size 'sleep number bed with a plush comfort layer to provide you with a restful sleep experience. Great for individuals with back problems or for those just seeking a great nights rest! Enjoy watching your favorite shows in bed from a flat screen TV.The Guest Bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath and flat screen TV.

A fully updated Kitchen, full size appliances, refrigerator with ice maker, built in microwave, dishwasher, counter bar with stools, and fully equipped to prepare your meals.New Flat screen TV’s in the Living room and the Master suite and Guest bedroom. Complimentary WiFi internet. Complex is recently renovated its lobby and elevators, and newly painted.

Plenty of beach activities await you. A brief walk to the area resorts and you can make arrangements for jet skiing, para-sailing, sailing, charter fishing, day trips for shelling and dolphin watching, or rent a boat from one of the local marinas. Great unit in smaller property!

Property may be older but it is in great condition. Pool was great, had shaded areas for when it got too hot. Plenty of chaise lounges. Unit was clean and had everything anyone could ever ask for, including beach towels, a TON of beach chairs and beach accessories. The best part was the view from the balcony...absolutely stunning. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Overall a great vacation spot

My rating includes the condo, as well as the property itself. Let me just say the condo unit is very nice. It is recently updated and is very well equipped for vacation living. Nice beach chairs too. If you had more than 4 occupants, you might be doing dishes daily and there’s only 3 chairs around the balcony table. Being on second floor opposite the pool area is a plus. The beach view is fantastic. However, there was lots of noise (power tools & pounding) from the building next door during the days between 9am-5pm or so. Also if the wind is blowing from the east (which was often during our stay), the fence between Sea Winds and the building next door makes some distracting rattling noises. Screen doors on balcony could stand to be replaced - as the double opening glass doors are nice in the morning before it gets too warm.

The Sea Winds property/building is older, but fairly well maintained and secure. Probably in the 3 star range. Cost for parking is $30, paid separately after you check in. They stressed that the parking tag is good for 1 year; so I guess if you stayed longer term the fee is not a big deal. Lots of rules & signs as in other reviews - and keys to deal with as well (doors, gates, beach equipment storage). Pool area has only a couple of shade spots which seemed to get monopolized daily by the same larger family groups (always stationing someone there).

Overall, Marco is a great destination without being overly “touristy”. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Location, Location, Location

Wonderful location and view. The unit itself was not the best. First impression when entering was the overwhelming musty/mildew/mold odor. Really unpleasant. We ended up buying room fresheners to mask. I did see quite a bit of mildew in the air vents. Unit was clean, but we had a couple of issues. One of the lanai chairs was broken - someone had just laid it on it's side behind one of the lounge chairs. That meant the 4 of us could not all sit at the lanai table together without pulling a chair from the dining area. Master bedroom mattress was noted as Sleep Number, but it was not working - we bought a new battery, but that didn't help. This is an end unit - the Master Bedroom faced the parking lot with bright security lights and Eastern sunrise. No room darkening shades, so it was not very restful - if you are the type that likes a dark sleeping room. Bedroom number 2 was much nicer with twin beds and better bathroom set up. Our two adult daughters enjoyed that room. All complaints aside, the location is great. The beach was very nice (as was all the beach equipment provided from the owners closet). Building seemed well maintained.

Very comfortable and clean with a beautiful view of the gulf

We stayed in this unit for a week in November 2017. It was clean, freshly painted, and very comfortable. The weather was great and we enjoyed the lovely balcony and view of the gulf. The property management for this unit was very responsive to the few minor things that had to be taken care of.

COULDN'T BE BETTER...!!

My family and I just got back from our annual vacation in Marco Island this past weekend. We have been vacationing in Marco Island at Sea Winds along with our extended family for the past 10 yrs. This Condo Unit has been the best unit we've stayed thus far. Very spacious, VERY CLEAN, very organized, well maintained, TASTEFULLY UPDATED, and well equipped with high-end kitchen supplies, towels, linens etc. The location of this unit is a "huge plus" for us... being that it's a corner unit on the 2nd floor gives easy access without having to wait for the elevators. We also prefer the corner units opposite the pool end (much quieter, less hall traffic). Our contact at Gulf Shore Rentals was attentive and responsive.. she took good care of our needs. We are looking forward to our Sea Winds stay for the Summer of 2017. THANK YOU FOR A COMFORTABLE STAY AND A MEMORABLE WEEK!

If your sport is golf there are championship public courses within 10 miles. A variety of beach shops, fine and casual dining, racquet ball courts, day spas and fitness centers are located on Marco Island. Frank Mackle Park only a few miles away have basketball courts, play ground and toddler water park area. Other parks include YMCA Skate Park, and Caxambas Park.

Local areas Nature Centers include Everglades National Park, Briggs Nature Center, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Rookery Bay Reserve and Cocohatchee Nature Center. The Naples Zoo is located in the center of Naples, just a short drive.
