About Mary Anderson
Hi I am Mary! I handle the reservations for this garden apartment on behalf of the owner, Julian. The owner is a dear friend and neighbor of mine. His main house is listing 437880. I am also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia.
Mary Anderson purchased this Apartment in 1985
Why Mary Anderson chose Historic District - South
The owner has lived in Savannah since the 80's and has strong ties to the community here, is involved with the St. Patrick's Day parade and other city events. He loves going to the 1790 pub. His Irish and Scottish ancestors were some of the original settlers in the low country (in South Carolina).
What makes this Apartment unique
Stately 3 story classic Savannah home, representative of true downtown living and the amazing solid craftsmanship one can rarely find in modern day homes. Ideal location, great price.
Cancelled bookings will not receive a refund.
Good location. On bottom level so if there are noisy renters above you it can make for a long night, bedroom under dining/ living room of floor above. Otherwise nice place to stay.
Awesome little place for the price. Clean and quiet and not terribly far from River St. We will definitely book again when we come back if it’s available.
For a weekend getaway this was the perfect spot! In the center of everything!
Bed was very comfortable after sightseeing all day. Home was clean and our girls 16 and 18 enjoyed staying just outside of town.
Conveniece to everything Savannah
We loved it and will definitely be back.
Convenient Location to Everything
I really enjoyed my stay in this little gem. The location was great and an easy walk to all of Savannah's attractions. I was in town for a half marathon race so part of my weekend was dedicated to that but I got to do all of the sightseeing I wanted to do too. I was able to park my car on the street when I arrived and leave it there the whole weekend because this was in a perfect spot for walking to restaurants and everyplace I wanted to visit. The apartment was comfortable both is size and amenities and Mary was always available by phone or text if I needed anything. I highly recommend this place!
The Historic District is 1-Square Mile. This apartment is in the southeast quadrant of that mile. The River is half a mile away. A very helpful map is on with a 5-minute walking scale.
One block (0.1 miles) northeast of Whitefield Square, one block southeast of Troupe Square. 4 blocks to Colonial Cemetery. 4.5 blocks to Forsyth Park.
