3 Bedroom, 1.5 bath, outdoor shower and TONS of parking on property
The Pink House has been in our family since the 1960's. Some of us were raised there and others frequently visited as grandchildren (and great grandchildren). We are glad that we can now share this house with the lucky vacationers that want a taste of what Ocean City was like back in the 'Good Ole Days'.

Great stay in the Pink Cottage!
My first VRBO. It was simple to book and we loved the Pink Cottage. Close to the beach, walking distance to Kessel’s and Uncle Bills ands the beach. We drove to the boardwalk, only because we would be walking there so much. Great long weekend!
This property was just perfect for our stay, we were celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary. We had friends over for dinner and later their children and grandchildren....there was room for all! There was a lot of cooking things available which we used every day in some form. The path was right around the corner which I walked our dogs on, the beach was close also, 4 short blocks. We will definitely stay here again.
I’ve rented many properties in OCNJ and this was one of the better ones we’ve experienced! It’s a rancher, which is good for dog children and it has a decent grassy yard which is hard to find in OCNJ. Everything inside was clean and tidy. Refrigerator was a typical rental fridge. Plenty of room in the house. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch and we wished there was another rocking chair/lounger because we fought over who got to sit there.
While the house is on the older side, it's got everything we needed. It was clean and very comfortable. The mattresses on the queen beds were amazing! And having our dogs with us was fantastic. Overall great stay. Thank you!
We loved the location and having a corner unit with a lot of windows really gives a good beach feel. The outdoor shower was ideal for keeping sand out of the house. We took our showers in the private outdoor shower right after the beach so we were able to keep the inside sand free. The only downfall is that everything is very outdated which you can tell from the pictures. We had plenty of room for sleeping three adults and three children. Being able to have our Frenchie with us on vacation was great as well! We would definitely consider staying here again!!
Old fashioned charm
My family and I stayed for a week at this adorable beach cottage and had a really great time. It was really nice having the place to ourselves, and no one above or below us, stomping around or coming in at all hours like you would in the typical three-storey condo in OC. Clean, comfortable and quiet, even though the house is situated on a busy corner. Just the right size for a family of four (plus a dog). Although you would need to drive to get to the boardwalk, the beach is just a few blocks away. And even during July, that area of the beach didn’t feel crowded. Overall, we were very happy with the cottage and would definitely stay here again!
The 'pink house' is only a three block walk from the beach and boardwalk. Ride bikes or drive to the local restaurants and family attractions. Our personal favorites:
Breakfast: Airport Diner, Uncle Bills, Kessel's Corner (all just three blocks from house)
Lunch or Dinner: Manco and Manco Pizza, Boyars Market
Seafood: 16th Street Seafood
Goodies: Kohr Bros. (custard) boardwalk, Ove's hot cider doughnuts on boardwalk, Dots Pastries on 31st St., Johnson's Popcorn on boardwalk.
Attractions: Playland or Wonderland amusement parks on boardwalk. (and tons more!)
